I didnt need much today, just a snack and some waters today and the Barista was so accomodating and friendly. She complimented... my sweater and it made me feel nice :-) Never got her name but she had thick rimmed glasses and long brown hair. It was around7 on March 4th. Read more
New staff could tell but they were 80% kind and caring (that's of what makes an exceptional barista)15% percent good listeners... and 5% making my drink pretty overall good experience but next time maybe my drink will be pretty ???? Read more
I came into the Starbucks inside the Super Target and ordered a Passion Tea Lemonade. The cashier Marlen got my drink order... wrong, and I asked her nicely to remake it and she half assed the job. I watched her pour some of tea out and just add lemonade.Which was incorrect as I worked at Starbucks for 2 years and know the recipe. She walked out of the cafe and I asked the othercashier Elijah to refund me bc my drink was still wrong. He apologized and remade my drink correctly. I'm giving it a 1 star bcof of her awful service. Elijah was very nice and I appreciate his efforts but Marlen should have fixed the problem when I toldher the drink was wrong the first time. Very unhappy with the service I received today. Read more
