I had to bring sanitizing wipes to clean the chairs and tables?. I Tried to do a mobile order at this Taco Bell and I don?t have... internet on my phone so I was going to use the Wifi it says they have free wifi on the sign but it says ?no internet connection? when trying to connect so now I have to go somewhere to get wifi and mobile order then come back here lol . Idek if i want tocome back anymore I should just eat at home this is an inconvenience. Free wifi sign on the building but it doesn?t work? Huh? They make thousands of dollars a day in revenue at the franchise locations and the corporations makes BILLIONS of dollarsannually but they can?t afford to have the wifi work??????? Make it make sense. Where are the priorities? And also If Corporateis reading fix the Taco Bell App on iOS it doesn?t let me mobile order so I can?t even get TacoBell bc I only do mobile orders:( My TacoBell cravings come and go and I can?t even fulfill it because the app doesn?t work I have to use an android to mobileorder it? Get this. We go there at 2 am, order $62.00 worth of food, roughly 21 items in total. Takes our order through the drive through... with 0 errors, have us pull up, we pay and we wait 3 minutes before they give two gigantic bags of food containing all of ouritems made perfect and fresh. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The orders are never right. I SAY This based on our last 8 orders. Literally, something is... always wrong. Either the cinnamon twists are missing, or the nacho cheese is missingor we get a chalupa instead of acrunchwrap. It has gotten to the point of ridiculousness. I should not have to double check that you've made my ordercorrectly. Especially, since I place my orders on the app, so you have it in writing. Then there is the common courtesyfactor..... If I say thank you, please acknowledge that I am speaking to you. Better yet, since my orders help pay your wages,how about you acknowledge my presence and THANK ME! Also, how hard is it to put two drinks in a cup holder for a single driverpicking up an order? And put the freaking food in a bag. They have messed my order up twice. The first they left the quesadilllas off, the second I order It was a meal with the Doritos... tacos . They did not ask for a drink I really didn?t want one but they should?ve asked because it comes with the meal. On top ofthat they tried to convince me that I didn?t order any of the toppings they asked me if I want to supreme I said yes but eitherway it goes supreme is only sour cream and they didn?t include any lettuce. Also they did not include any of the sauces that mayseem petty but in conclusion with all the other wrong orders they sent a 400 pound man up to the window He did correct theorder but I didn?t feel confident in eating it because they seemed like they were goofing off in the kitchen and he was laughingthey laughing so naturally I did not eat any of the food.
