My family came in about 1pm and it was not a comfortable experience. When we entered the restaurant an employee had to get up... from sitting in the dinning room to go behind the counter to take our order and promptly returned once we paid. They had theirhead down on the table... I am notbsure if they were sick, tired, or hung over... but it was uncomfortable. Our rice wascrunchy and chips were stale. No plans to return to this location since they don't seem to maintain the company standards thatwe have noted elsewhere. Read more

Took another chance on taco bueno. Failure again. Didn't get all our food. I told the lady at the counter, but no...that... wasn't good enough. I had to show my receipt and unpack all my other food to prove I wasn't lying. They finally made myburrito, but AFTER they made everyone else's food ahead of me. So cold food again because of wrong order. Shame on me fortrying yet again. Read more
Pretty standard Taco Bueno location in terms of food, but this location is badly in need of a renovation. Its age really shows... and distracts from the dine-in experience. Pretty obvious it hasn't been updated since its '86 opening (from the certificate ofoccupancy). Not very clean inside or out, either. Read more
If I were to have written this review last week, I would have said that this TB location was the best location ever. The food... was prepared with care & tasted delectably fresh. I just had to return today to experience the great food this place offers.Boy, was I wrong! Let's start with the drinks. The drinks were flat! No matter what drinks we chose, they were awful. (Duh,right?) Of course, since we couldn't drink it, my fiance had to go to the gas station to grab drinks for us. Thankfully it wasnearby so we are our meal within 10 minutes. Now, we get to the food. (It was 3 of us, my father, my fiance, and myself) Weorder 2 muchaco plates, 1 chicken quesadilla, & a side of beans. The muchaco shells were tough like they were sitting out sinceFriday. They didn't add the guacamole & sour cream to the plate either. The beans tasted burnt, & the chicken quesadilla wasincredibly soggy. The overall experience was bad. I can't believe I spent almost $30 on flat drinks & inedible food. Iunderstand it's fast food, but this was unacceptable. I definitely won't be returning. Not that it matters to the restaurant. Read more
The food is good but they let a real sick employee go behind the counter around food ( coughing and sneezing).. and the employee... is still here doing the same thing sitting down around customers. I hate this. She won't send him home. Never coming backagain. It was after 5pm. Read more
