Placed to go order online. It was supposed to be ready at 6:57 pm. When I arrived at the store at 7 pm, I was told they didn't... have my order yet and I would need to come inside and wait for them to make it. The purpose of ordering online is so I wouldn'tneed to go inside. The food wasn't very good. The burritos and the tostada were supposed to to have sauce and cheese on them.There was barely any sauce and no cheese. We ordered several different types of food. DO NOT PAY IN CASH, they will "lose" the receipt, then claim that they charged someone elses order to yours and have to wait for... them to pay to give you a refund. Then only give 3$ back out of 13$ in change, ABSOLUTE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS Read more
We recently moved to Texas and have been trying the local restaurants and decided to.do tacos but we weren't impressed the food... was not good only the price we won't be back sorry.. andcas we went in a guest before us was coming back with his order becauseit wasn't right and as we waited he came back 2 more time because they kept messing his order up that should have been our signto go somewhere else but we were hungry and got home and was disappointed in the food no one in my family liked it Read more
If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. It isn't being managed or they simply don't care. Got simple chips and queso... and the chips were stale as an cardboard hard stale wouldn't event come apart. I'm nervous now to eat the rest of the food.Definitely won't be back to any Taco Bueno. It's usually really good however this time it was not. It didn't taste like the same high quality ingredients that they usually... use. We got a couple of party tacos, party quesadillas, party Taco roll ups and a muchaco. The muchaco shell tasted stale andthe beans tasted burnt. I will absolutely still go back because Taco Bueno is still way better than Bell and Cabana even ontheir off day! Read more
It's been awhile since I've been to Bueno - it used to be my "go to" but quality had gone down and the seasonal rotation of... Tortilla Soup meant I couldn't get it when I liked. Yesterday some of the chips were stale, but everything else was perfect. Their beans and beef have returned to form! I got a beef and chicken chilada - they use shredded chicken now instead of thegrilled chicken breast and it was a bit different, but still good. I prefer the beef now though. Muchaco was great, I'vealways loved the salsa... And the queso is perfect for pouring over everything like the perfect cheese gravy Nacos, Tacos, andthe party quesadilla made everyone happy... and full! Read more
2 stars because food was edible. Service was bad.. hire more staff if long waits for customers is an issue. We were waiting... 15/20 minutes. That's not fast food. And the quality of how they made it was poor. The juat slapped the tacos together. Theyonly filled my rice HALFWAY and the salsa bar was questionable. The cilantro was getting low and the stuff at the bottom wasBLACK completely rotten they don't use the first in first out method they just put new cilantro on top of rotting.. It'sprobally the same with the salsa to. My advice to cooperate is staff the facility better and enforce regulations better. Thequality from the service, to the food was bad. Read more
