By far not the best Boba place. They won't mix anything for you. So if u wanted a mango strawberry slush it's not happening. ... Its one flavor. Love the coffee milk bubble tea, reasonable wait time, customer service was nice. Bathroom are not working for the public, which... a drink shop must have an accessible bathroom for customers otherwise would have given the five star review. Read more

Me and my girlfriend ordered a Oreo Creme Brûlée and a Taro Milk tea. Both of these drinks were pretty underwhelming along... with the Taro milk tea being water down and tasted more like the jasmine tea component it?s made with versus taro. My Oreo drinkwas okay but also tasted a bit water down as well. The cashier who took our order was a blue haired person who was quite rudeand kind of shown a bit of an attitude. She didn?t seem very patient with us and continued to gossip about other customers afterour order. As well as drinking their boba while in mid-transaction with us. The teas are always great! But the customer service is always horrible! The young girl kept asking ?anything else? in a rude... tone and I was still ordering! Then (this time) when my drink came out it had boba and jelly and all kinds of stuff in it, whenI asked her if she can remake it even tho they charged me extra, she said no I would have to buy another one. The time beforethat?. Let?s not even start. Customer service is a one star for me. Tea is good, but they wont mix any flavors that aren't selections on the menu example, peach and lychee mix).
1st time comer, wanted to try a new spot and definitely Never coming here again. They were short staff it took forever just... order one drink. Does not have a good taste, it literally taste like melted ice with water and milk powdered mixed . Nothingcompares to coconut milk tea! SWEET MIX in Richardson is 100xs better! Read more
Terrible service. Walked up to the counter, only three people in the store. Asked a question and the girl serving ignored me.... Then she brought some drinks to the counter and said "hey can you get out of the way?" I was like, excuse me? You good fam?Another patron said she must just be very direct. Or just hella rude. ????
