Good was hot, service was great, working had great conversation So me and my family arrived to this location at 9:34 am on a... Saturday and the line was packed so we decided to go in. SLOWEST WHATABURGER EVER!!! Prepare to spend at least 20 mins in drive thru line waiting on food. My order is always incorrect... and none of the employees seem to care. I recognize that they have a now hiring sign out and might be short staffed, but thereis no reason to wait that long for an incorrect order that isn?t even hot. Food is what you expect but the service is always lacking. The people are nice, but they are in absolutely no rush to get you... your food quickly. I don't know if the burners are on the lowest setting or if one person is doing everything while the otherjust watches. If I could give this place a 0 I would?the most incompetent workin go staff I have ever encountered. Clearly it?s too... complicated for them to push a button on a register and microwave pre-made food. Food was decent like any Whataburger but the store is very unkempt. Trash left everywhere, ketchup spilled on the walls that... looked crusty and old, most of the tables had spills or old food or trash left on them and didn't look like they had been wipeddown in a good while. I was here at 1:45 on a Sunday afternoon and there was max 6 customers in the restaurant and it was a verypoor representation of your brand. Last thing is, the ice machine didn't seem like it had been cleaned in ages and had all kindsof debris in it and was very disgusting. This location needs help in either more staffing, more training or better management,or all of the above. Read more
I do love this Whataburger. It's not as busy due to it's location so it's easy to place a order, receive fresh cooked food back... in no time. I see the workers always cleaning inside and out every time I'm there. I enjoy a clean restaurant and pleasantpeople. I'm definitely giving them 5 stars. Read more
They consistently get orders wrong, serve cold food and make you wait at the very least 20 minutes. Seriously just went... yesterday, got two combos for breakfast. Cold coffee, and missing items once again after trying to give them anothershot. AVOID AVOID AVOID Read more
