I spent 35 minutes in line in the drive through only to receive the wrong order when I came to the window. The manager on duty... demanded that I turn my windshield wipers off in the rainand charged me for an order that I didn?t receive. I will no longer goto whataburger. Staff is trash. Read more

The Whataburger customer service near me continues to get worse and worse. This morning I went inside to get service a little... bit quicker, there were 11 employees, laughing, talking, teasing each other, one guy was lifting up some of the girls, and therewas a long line clear around the restaurant. So disgusting. They?re staging meat here (staging is where they precook the meat, throw it on a shelf or put it in a container... and then it sit and get nasty) and then serving it to you when you order, so they can get the order out faster. The meat on myhamburger was literally black, not from being over cooked but from sitting out rotting and getting hard and cold. I ordered atriple meat with cheese, and it was all cold and hard. Staging is something I would expect from a $2 hamburger joint, not one Ijust paid $15 for. Also, we ordered sweet teas. Neither of them were sweet. The toast was soggy, the chicken strips were cold.We just threw $30 in the trash.. Read more

Order was in correct tried to tell themanager on duty una, she brushed us off and said I know what you had it's just wrong up... wrong.. She was very rude and professional. Ignored us we had to get out out the car after having us pull up in the drive thruand block on the door to have her correct our order. She still didn't car and after we asked her for her name she replied Unawhy is there something wrong. Yes it's a lot wrong, never go at night they are slowwwwwww and order s by e all wronh. Had a horrible experience, cashier named Diego gave us small cups that came with the meal and we also got a water cup, he... thought we all got water cups and got his manager named Unay involved who was very rude and demanded for us to pay for thedrinks again that we already paid for. We didn?t want a hassle and paid for them again, but Diego was rude when we brought it upto him and we decided to just leave. I also found a gnat in my ice of my drink which just made me sick. There was no one else in line in the drive thru and I ordered a Jr Whataburger meal. Once I paid, it took them 7 minutes to make... my food. The burger was not fully cooked and the fries were cold by the time I got home less than 5 minutes away. I cannotunderstand how this location has so much trouble producing edible food. Also did not ask or provide any condiments or napkins.What a waste and disappointment for the closest location to me to be this bad. Read more

Very nice service! My phone died while I was on the way home so I stopped here and a nice lady named May let me sit and charge... my phone and she even gave me something to drink! Thank you for making me feel safe ! Read more

Edit to add: We returned to try breakfast at this location and this crew is amazing! Every single worker was nice. Food was hot... and fresh. The girl with the tattoos is on it. She knew the regulars and their orders and was very pleasant. So I guess it justdepends on the employees working and what time of day. This is my Cobb salad. No cheese. No bacon. For nearly $9. Waited 20minutes. Our hot food was lukewarm. My fries were missing and when I told the lady, she took my entire bag of food back. Basedoff the reviews, this place seems to need some help. On a positive note, their onion rings are amazing and the Dr. Pepper shakeis awesome. Tasted like cherries and was really delicious! Read more
