It was 6am, and i had a few extra minutes, so i hit up the drive thru. There was only one car in front of me waiting on one... order and drink. I ordered 2 breakfast taquitos. I waited for 13 minutes for a pre made breakfast taco.... I ended up beinglate. Read more

Not specific to this location, but whataburger in general. Always understaffed, wait times are insane, and food is usually... incorrect. Get it together Whataburger, you're making Texas look bad. As far as this location goes, the 1 employee tried hisbest, but having multiple cars and dine in customers at the same time would be very different. Read more

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I received a sweet and spicy burger. When I restated what I had ordered, I received attitude... and no help to fix the situation. They said it would take 8+ minutes in order to get the spicy chicken sandwich. The cars aheadin the drive through also appeared to have problems with their orders as well. I wouldn't recommend the drive through based onhow you exit it.. there's no way for a car to move out of the way so other cars can easily get through if they have to waitlonger for their food. DO NOT patronize this particular whataburger. The service is always extremely slow. One time I was in the outside drive through... lane and never got served. When I went inside to get my food, the people working there were extremely rude and told me it was myfault I didn't get served because they didn't see me. I spoke to the manager and not once did anyone simply say "I'm sorry mam,let me get your order." Never even occurred to them to actually serve the customer who had been waiting the longest.Unbelievable. I will never go there again. Ben Corders made my experience pleasant at this location going above and beyond with not only myself but other customers. The... entire team works hard and try there best to please guest. Has to be one of the busiest location and I knw why...it's theresouthern hospitality that keep us coming back! Read more

Came through the drive through this morning around 9:58 am. My food was freshly made, hot and delicious. The entire morning crew... there was rocking it. The young lady at the drive through window has such great customer service and a beautiful smile. The ladythat was bringing out the orders in the second lane was rocking it to. Absolutely the worst Whataburger I've ever been to. Employees act bothered to do their jobs, are terribly rude on the... drive-thru speaker, and not helpful at all. The drive-thru process is absurdly slow. Waited for almost 30 minutes to order threemeals, with no special requests. The employee came out to cars behind us to get their credit cards for payment before gettingour payment. How do they even know what order to process? Read more

I eat at Whataburger regularly but this is by far the worst location I've ever seen. Each of the three times I've been here I... needed to ask for Sweet & Low for my tea since they never put any out, and they always act inconvenienced when they have to goout of their way to give you something that should have been made available in the first place. Everybody that works there looksand talks like they are thugs straight out of South Dallas and clearly the black manager who runs the place wants to keep it allghetto. Read more
