I ordered the rack of lamb medium well. 2 came out tough as nails but 2 came out fine. All the chef offered me was a free desert... ( which I turned down). What would have been more appropriate would be some money off the meal or a simple offer to replace the2 tough lamb. Potatoes tasted too vinegary but the vegetables were ok. The food at Olive Garden is better than this. Parmesan chicken came out with uncooked chicken. And the crab cake with dill cream... was mostly heavy cream with lots of flour mixed in. It tasted like unsalted and unflavored gravy. And with these prices I reallyhad high hopes. $24+ for just a spaghetti dinner. I?m a big supporter of local businesses but not when I spend a lot of my hardearned money for the food only to leave the restaurant hungry. This one is not going to be on our list to rave about. My wife and I visited this place now 3 times. The service is friendly and fast. The menu is offering a wide choice of food... selection through all courses. The food itself is very tasty and seems to be prepared fresh. Had Spaghetti Bolognese last visitand it was so delicious. Exactly as I remember it from having this dish in Europe. Price is a little on the higher side. Youhave to calculate with 60$ for 2 including tips but not including alcoholic beverages. I recommend this restaurant for lovers ofauthentic Mediterranean cuisine. Read more

Pleasantly surprised. Not that the food was really good. But that a restaurant this nice is nestled between a post office and... a grocery store. My husband and I order takeout from here on a weekly basis. The food is always incredible and the service is amazing as well... whether you're dining in or ordering carry out. I think the price thoroughly justifies the quality of food you're getting. Ourfavorite food is the lemon chicken soup and the chicken gyros! Read more

The food and experience was amazing. We went on a Friday night when they were extremely busy but we were sat at a table within 5... minutes and were able to order drinks and food right away, the drinks were delivered immediately and were amazed when the foodwas delivered about 10-15 minutes later. The service was quick and our waiter was attentive. The atmosphere was perfect.Overall, I wish I could give a higher rating because this place just became one of our new favorite restaurants! To begin, the food at Alexander?s was really good. Tasted fresh, made with care, lovely presentation and thoughtfully compiled... dishes. The service was prompt and the restaurant was clean. I would like to try more menu items, though I am sad to say welikely won't return as the atmosphere left much to be desired. With rave reviews and entrees ranging $20-46, I was anticipatinga slightly more well-rounded experience - the price point does not match the environment. The interior looks much different nowthan the photos online. While I generally don?t harp on such details, everyone in my party mentioned the dark, looming nature ofthe place. The walls are now dark blue and the ceiling is painted black so there is a cavernous, non-Mediterranean feel herewith juxtaposition between the photos of sunny Santorini and the tightness of our booth. The quite low lighting was only brokenby the well-lit kitchen as seen from the very visible, revolving service door area. There was extremely faint music playing atthe entrance with the restaurant being virtually silent everywhere else. The booth had zero seat support and if you have themisfortune of someone occupying the booth behind you, you will feel them shift their backs into yours all evening. The boothsides are high, lending to a closed in feeling that wasn?t as luxurious as was probably intended. For a Saturday night between7-8pm, there were very few patrons. We just never felt relaxed so we ate our delicious food in a hushed hurry. I really don'tmean to disparage independent restaurants because times are tough, however from an interior design/experience perspective, thereis a lot of potential for this quaint space that would make it more lively. This was our second visit. We absolutely love this place. Wonderful staff & excellent food! A most try- I highly recommend it!
