Did my annual pilgrimage for the porkchop biscuit. This is the 1st time I was disappointed. Went twice in case the porkchop in... this year's visit was a fluke. Sadly no. Bojangles changed the recipe to an overly spicy and salt coating. Read more

while the underpaid hourly employees did a good job and the food was solid, the asinine policy by management that was posted in... clear public view of the register is a complete disgrace. you already pay your employees low wages and can barely keep people, how dare you not let them keep the unsold food at the end of the night? not to mention you can't even spell, management! adisgrace to Bojangles usual southern hospitality Read more

There's a morning manager/supervisor that has the nastiest attitude and a smart mouth and half of the employees act like her.... Your order is only right half of the time and when its right your bacon is burnt or fried extra hard, you'll get a kid sizeamount of fries or your chicken supreme will look like hard nuggets. Recently this location is slipping. I've had orders messed up. The drive through is ridiculously slow. Bojangles used to compete... with Chick-fil-A in speed of drive-thru, that is no longer the case! Today's visit was much better! Zipped through in about fiveminutes around the same time of day! Like always, whenever I?m getting the family feast meal which I do about once every other week, they always forget half of the... stuff. I usually order in the drive-through though I don?t think I?m gonna be doing that anymore & even when I go inside, theyalways forget stuff & get my orders wrong, so it?s pretty disappointing. With this last order two weeks ago which made my 11thvisit recently, like every single time that I had ordered the previous 10 times, all of the sides were either missing or wrong, there were no biscuits & the two sweet potato turnovers were not in the bag? but usually the lines are so long. I just want toget the heck out of there. Only a couple times have I gone back or gone inside when ordering drive-through to ask for the thingsthat were not in there because they just kind of grunt/ make noises or look frustrated, as if it were my fault that they are notpaying attention to making the correct orders and most of them look like they absolutely hate being there & look absolutelymiserable to be there & take their frustrations out on us the customers which is sad. I don?t know if I?ll be going back toBojangles anytime soon, cuz it doesn?t even matter which Bojangles I go to? usually it?s the same with all of themunfortunately, which is sad because it?s the only chicken and biscuits that I really like. I mean the buttery biscuits wheneverthey are included like they?re supposed to, are just so delicious. But I guess it?s like they say: ?All good things must come toan end.? And yes, I know that they say that you can call the corporate number or reach out via email/ website which I have inthe past but they always said that they were going to send me something to compensate me for all the money I have lost and notreceiving what I paid for via mail but they never do so I?ve just given up on that so I guess I?m going to try to have to find abetter chicken place? Their chicken is absolutely amazing. It's boneless, and it seems like an extremely high quality premium brand, like Perdue for... example. It's a completely different taste than, say, a chicken nugget from McDonald's or Burger King which are processedchicken. They don't do as many menu items like the other chains but they do chicken, and it's off the chain. The seasoning onthe chicken is well balanced. I haven't tried the spicy yet, but the standard seasoning has a subtle spicy kick to it. It's justenough, and it's quite perfect. So many American flavor profiles beat you over the head with the spice, but this one leaves youfeeling its just right. The biscuits are like what you would have if mom made rolls with dinner in the oven. They're likebiscuits you'd get at the grocery store with a simple buttery taste and it's perfect. The sweet tea is just as good or betterthan Chick-fil-A's. Now that I live in the South, I am finding there is a standard to pass the sweet tea taste test. These folkspass it. Read more

Terrible service. I do not recommend coming to this Bojangles franchise at night before closing. They serve drinks that?s are... watered down , Fries that are damp like they?ve been sitting and never have any sauces to serve. You can tell that all customerservice goes out the window when it comes to closing time. This Bojangles in particular has great service in the morning andafternoon but night shift needs to get it together. Read more
