Closing time that is on on google says 1am. I pulled out at 12:25 waiting about 3 minutes for someone to take my order. they... take my complete order and at the end say that their manager told them they where closed no explanation or apology. Drivingaway I look at the window to see the employees laughing. After a 16 hour shift the is the last experience anyone wants to have.Both manager and crew should have a job review as they both clearly don?t need their jobs. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We pulled up at 10:29am. We waited until 10:32am to attempt ordering (which wasn?t the thing... that ticked me off). At 10:30am the breakfast menu was taken off the screen and replaced with the lunch menu. At 10:32am when ayoung man?s voice came across my husband tried to order our meals. The boy then, in an unprofessional voice and tone (tried tomake himself sound like a robot), said ?we are not serving lunch until 11?. My husband then asked why the menu had changed and afemale responded ?our menu changed, but none of our lunch items will be ready until 11?. So then my husband confirmed that itwould take them thirty minutes to cook chicken fries. She confirmed and told him he could order breakfast. He then respondedthat he didn?t know what breakfast items they had because the menu was no longer up. They stayed silent after that, so we justdecided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. We?ve been here a few other times and have gotten lunch items at 10:30am(usually because we stop by sometimes after church). Needless to say we will not be patronizing this location since they chooseto allow their employees to react in unprofessional mannerisms. Read more

My wife asked for more dipping sauce, on my behalf, and comes home to tell me how rude the cashier in the window was to her.... This jackass needs to be fired if he can't work a CUSTOMER SERVICE job. Ordered and paid using the mobile app and despite arriving an hour prior to their posted closing time, they were closed! To... make matters worse, it was a huge hassle to get a refund as the Burger King rep replied to me via email and said they can onlyissue a refund to my BK Crown card (a reloadable payment method usable only at Burger King), despite the fact I originally paidusing my debit card. I ultimately had to contact my bank for a resolution! Over the past year at this location, they haveforgotten items, incorrectly prepared items, been closed after I placed orders online and have made ZERO attempt to offerremakes, etc. They lost several loyal customers due to their ineptitude. Avoid this place like the plague. Read more

The worse. My order was completely wrong and cold. I tried to contact the office via phone, no response. I contacted corporate... because I've had several issues with this location. Corporate stated that some from the restaurant would contact me for arefund. Never got a call back from restaurant, never issued a refund. I've called several times, no answer. I will never go backand corporate is a joke. Read more

I had a door dash pickup at 10:35pm on New Year?s Eve. I tried to enter the doors like the app said to & all of them were... locked. All the lights on the drive thru were shut off & when I got to the drive thru window the person working (pictured)looked at me and I showed him my phone & said ?I have a Door Dash? and he looked away & acted like I didn?t exist. He didn?teven have the common decency to open the window & say ?I?m sorry, we?re closing earlier than the time shows on our sign.? Thisis the worst Burger King I?ve ever been to & I will not be accepting any more Door Dash orders for this location. Read more
