We ordered a thin crust pizza and it came looking like this. Everything was slid to one side. I called asking for another pizza... and they were very reluctant to give me any compensation. I called the manager and never got a call back from him. I wasn?ttrying to be picky, but the lady who answers the phone stated it was because it was a thin crust and that it wasn?t the driver?sfault. I had ordered thin crust before and it never looked like that. So regardless of who?s fault it was, that was anunacceptable pizza. I will sadly not order from them again. The pizza itself just tastes average. No NY style pizza for sure. Read more
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Chanello's... There was a mishap with my order. (Maybe) my fault I am unsure but... instead of questioning me or making me feel bad, they just sent me another pizza. I tried to pay (unsure) incase it was myfault, but they were not having any of that. I got off the phone speechless and said I will order pizza nowhere else bc of howamazing they were. I don't know if they were trying to make things right or if they gave me someone else's pizza but this half-done bbq chicken... thing I received instead of the cheese pizza I ordered is not good. Kudos on the attempt if it was that. Going forward, ask howbefore attempting to make it right. Acknowledgment of an error goes a long way. We have ordered numerous times from chancellor in garner. Delivery is usually good and very timely. We have had wrong order... delivered and after questioning us and telling us to send back the wrong order they agreed to send the corrected order. Todaywe ordered subs and used a coupon for a free brownie with the order. We didn't receive the brownie but no big deal as we didn'tpay for it. Food was so good!! Had cheese sticks and cheese steak. Excellent even went in just to let them know how good it was! Staff was... also super nice! Owner walked out to our cars just to bring us menus, super sweet. Support local businesses! Read more
Have had delivery from here 3 times. It's got the best prices and the pizza is good however mistakes are often included. First... time they messed up a bit on toppings and gave us the wrong sauce that was ordered as a side. Second time everything wasfine. Third time they were 15 minutes late, they forgot the sodas I ordered and put multiple types of peppers on my pizza eventhough the menu only list supreme having green peppers. Honestly their saving grace is that their prices are way better then anyother pizza place that will deliver to me. Read more
THE BEST PIZZA YOU'LL EVER PUT IN YOUR MOUTH! Not greasy but cheesy and perfect. Great place to stop and get a pizza.
