The food was good. About what I expect from Chili's. However, we were at this chili's for over an hour. The food we ordered was... NOT complicated, and yet we had to wait way longer than we should have. I have been to multiple other Chili's locations, and theservice has never been this bad. The waiter interrupted us when we were ordering multiple times. I'm not sure if it was him as aperson, or if he was just very busy, but beware you may not receive the friendliest experience at this location. The food wasgood, the service was not so much. I ordered the meal for $25. It came with an appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. I ordered the TX cheese fries (half.) For the... entrees we got the 2 - 6 oz classic sirloin steak with smashed potatoes, broccoli and smashed potatoes and Mexican rice (ricewas ok- too dry for my taste). For the finale, we ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie with 1 scoop of ice cream on top. Itwas so freaking good! I will definitely be going back. Read more

First off, request Daniel as your server if you want the best restaurant service possible. The dude is on his game. We have had... him as our server a couple times. Secondly, if you are worried about catching the "Coof", this place is may not be for you. Wasa packed house! Was so lively and fun though. We ordered from the special 2 for $25 menu and used our free salsa and chips coupfrom our Chili's weekly sms message. If you select the 2 for 25 menu, for desert choose the hot skillet cookie if you are eatingIN house. If you are taking desert TO GO get the cheesecake. Our server Daniel, is the one who suggested this brilliant idea!! We had so much food... We ordered 2 kids menus and our 4 and 5 year old could not finish their portions. The kids menu has fruitoptions and healthier drink options as well.( If you have a couple of toddlers, 1 kids meal is plenty for the 2 of them if yougo with the cheeseburgers and salad or fries.)We love the half order of ribs special with fries and seasoned corn. I had a not so friendly experience here. We had to wait thirty minutes for a table when half of the restaurant was totally... empty. Our waiter was unfriendly, short, and to the point. Not welcoming or making us feel like he cared about us at all. Mysteak wasn?t overly flavorful or juicy. My husband?s corn on the cob was total mush and not overly appetizing looking. We got the trio for an appetizer. The white cheese was cold. Basically, out of the cooler, cold. My boyfriend got the ribs and... they were dry and over cooked. He said they just tasted reheated. I got the bacon ranch quesadillas and ? they had zero flavor.They were terrible. Service was not great at all. I went to pay on the machine and I got, ?that?s probably not right?. Okay ?so, we sat and waited on her to input it in the computer. She had no personality at all. I realize that good help is hard tofind right now, but a little effort could go a long way.
