Our dining experience was great today. Every time I've been to the Cleveland Draft House has been that way. Today, I had the... mushroom & swiss burger and my friend had the chicken salad sandwich. Both were huge and very good. Our server ( I think hername was Maria) was fantastic! She was extremely nice and she checked on us often. I eat out a lot and I wish every server waslike her. Chili nachos were among the best I've ate. Delicious. Waitress never came back to check on us. That would have been a problem... if we had a issue. Fortunately we didn't. I would have given 5 stars if the wait staff was more available. Read more
This used to be a place to get a really good burger at a good price. My wife and I ordered to-go quite frequently and I would... grab a burger with friends at the bar every now and then. Unfortunately I've been there twice within the past 3 weeks and bothtimes the burger was not how I ordered it, nor good. I get the same thing every time and both times the one thing I requestednot be on the burger, was on the burger. There's only 4 items on the burger, it shouldn't be hard. When my wife and I went for aquick lunch 2 weeks ago, both our burgers were dry when we ordered medium well (as we always have in the past). Also the fries,which are usually amazing and well seasoned, were bland and soggy. I was there the other night with a buddy around dinner timeand while the burger was actually cooked well and juicy this time, it looked like double the amount of sauce on the burger thanwhat they had put on the week before. Even better, the LTOP are usually on the side. When the waitress asked if I wanted them, Iasked for just the lettuce and tomato....and got everything on the burger...not even on the side as is usual. The fries weremuch better that time as well (crispy and well seasoned). The service is good, especially if you sit at the bar (the lunchexperience was not great, but its lunch on a Friday so I assume they aren't staffed as well during that time period). They musthave a new cook or something, because the quality and consistency in the kitchen just isn't there anymore. Hopefully they fix itbecause I can make a much better burger and drink at home. When I went in and saw the prices I thought this is nice, but probably won't come back. I was wrong. The food was very good,... service excellent. Portion sizes were generally very large (my burger was on the smaller size for the price, but enough fries tomake up for it). The fried jalapenos were great and the portion size was HUGE! Just the right crispiness. There is ampleparking. The place also has a full bar and pool tables. I will definitely be going back. Read more
Service was great. Menu had a great variety and something for everyone. Food was served quickly, was perfectly prepared and had... great flavor. Added bonus was being able to play a couple games of pool after we ate. Can't wait to visit again. Read more
