While I normally enjoy cookout food...the process to order is intense. They are always busy and their menu boards are not easy... to figure out. When ordering I quickly had to decide and a big double and the. Was asked how I wanted it. This was not meantto be answered with well done or medium but rather as one of their specific ways. Eventually I saw something that said"cheddar style" and went with that. They just want to be so fast that it gives you stress to order. Once I received our foodI was off. My big double turned out to be one patty cut in half and placed on top of itself. I literally and a doubleportion of meat running straight down the center of the bun but no meat on the other sides. That means if you took a bite fromtwo sides you would only get cheddar, onions, and bun.....but the other two sides would have double meat with the cheddar andonions. Not really the best experience. Burgers are meant to be consistent with bites and not lacking on two sides. I willstill return for sure, but I'll look up the menu beforehand so I am ready for the pressure of ordering and ready for aquestionable burger. Read more

Food was perfect. I loved the BBQ dinner and for less that $6 you cannot go wrong. The meat was delicious, I'm a big fan of... Carolina BBQ to begin with. I will absolutely visit again. If you want a cheap delicious meal, do check this place out. Read more

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and this is what I received. I have never had such bad food at cookout but this is it for me.... What exactly is this? It looks like can chicken mushed into cheese. My three year old looked at it and said it looked yucky. Read more

I decided to give cookout one last chance & again, another mess up. I ordered 5 cookout trays and I asked for no ice on all my... drinks and they still gave me ice . I ordered big double burgers for all of the trays and they put barbecue sauce on some ofthem . I didnt ask for it and I hate barbecue sauce . I was told the last time I came to this location that the drinks were 2dollars without the cookout tray & I told the worker that I didn?t wanna get a drink but he told me it?s included on the priceso that the cookout tray meal would be 7 dollars. That doesn?t make any sense . The past few times I?ve been here it?s alwayssomething that goes wrong, I rather starve than come back to this location from now on. I really like cookout and my family enjoys it as a treat. However they're getting to the point where to order cheese bites it's... just not worth it. It's our favorite menu item. This location has always skimped on them but it's getting to the point that isridiculous. I actually called corporate and asked them and they told me the minimum amount of cheese bites in an order would be8. Double order is 12. Usually I get six for a single order and nine for a double at this location. Tonight I got four verysmall cheese bites and two of them the cheese have leaked out. Read more

I ordered 7 cookout trays and i got 1 cookout shake, 1 cheer wine and 5 sprites. My sprite was not sweet . It tasted like plain... water. Another customer had came up to the window before me and complained about his sprite also tasting plain and the employeewas able to change his drink but they couldn?t give me my drinks correct??? Aside from that , they also charged me for largedrinks. When i brought this up to the employee, i was told that?s just how it is? I?ve been to cookout plenty of times and i?venever received large drinks before & I?ve never been charged for a drink??? . Tonight reminded me why stopped going to this location. To start with the girl taking my order had zero customer service and an... attitude. Then I place my order and sit at the window while her and her friend just look at me and keep messing around. I askedfor quesadilla sauce but they didn?t have any to go cups filled. Like really are you so lazy to put a little sauce in a cup?Then I get home and my burger was not what I asked for I told her exactly what I wanted and they gave me cheddar style. Thenopen my bag of cheese bites and as you can see from the picture is just as pathetic as the employees working here.
