Took a while to be addressed by the server, several people passed by but no one checked up on us. French Toast was burned. I... understand it is the end of the evening but quality should not suffer. No one at the front end asked how the meal was, veryshocked. UPDATE: Attempted to make contact with someone on the 800 # but was unsuccessful. UPDATE (10-11-22): After multipleattempts to call the number provided and no attempt to call meback despite leaving the number, it is clear that Cracker Barreldoes not care about customer issues because of the volume of people going through their establishment. What has happened to the quality at this restaurant? We came here last weekend and part of my chicken was raw! Came back this... weekend and my husband ordered the hamburger steak, well done. It came to the table and it was so red/pink inside that blood hadrun out and gotten in the mashed potatoes. They cooked a new hamburger steak but it didn't have any gravy. Asked for a biscuitthree times, and never got it. This used to be a quality place. We will not be back! Read more
This place becoming "woke"?? Menu is now 2 pages. Most favorites are gone. Turkey sausage gone. plant based meat. Ugh. No link... sausage. Yikes. Hash brown tots. Ugh. Overcooked. Recall on potatoes so no hash brown casserole. But heard 1 hr wait on thisSaturday visit. We made it just in time. Some people must like their new offerings. At least the fresh brewed unsweetened teais still the bomb! Also, biscuit with side if gravy is now a staple with the meal, like salsa and chips at Mexican restaurants. Lol Read more

I was here when they opened this morning. One of the first people through the door when they opened it. We all were greeted... promptly and with a smile and invited in. We were then seated and our servers took our drink orders right away. I drank icetea, and I ordered a country fried steak, scrambled eggs and hash brown casserole. The country fried steak had a good flavor,you could taste the beef, and the outside was crispy. The gravy was very thick with a mild taste. The eggs were cooked welland the casserole was the perfect compliment to this meal. My server (Jamie) was friendly and helpful. She made this visit veryenjoyable. After eating I wandered their store a bit and saw they had Lodge cast iron cookware (with the Cracker Barrel logo onthe bottom) which I like. I ended up buying a 5" square skillet. Wait time from ordering to receiving food was 30 min. I ordered eggs over easy and received over hard. My husband's French toast... was good. Sausage gravy was milky and the hash brown casserole had raw onions throughout. Staff was friendly. Read more
We come here all the time and every time it?s a great experience! Our sever was super friendly and attentive. The food came out... hot and correct. We love the apple butter and highly recommend it on the biscuits. We also love browsing the store they havevery cool nic nac items. The prices in the store can be a little high. Read more
