I have always had great experiences here and today was horrific. After placing my order at 3:56 I was informed it would be... ready by 4:46pm. My wife waits in the car and at 4:57pm goes inside to get the food and was told the order was not hung up andthey were sorry that they were just then going to start the order. My wife waits an additional 20 minutes in the car on theorder and then gets it. I saw a credit of $8.50 cents on a $57 dollar order plus tip. I called the store directly asking howthey came up with the credit amount and was told I needed to speak to a manager. A lady picked up the phone and said she wasthe manager Eliza and told me that the credit was good because we received the food. Her attitude was horrific on the phone andthe way she was talking to me was very disrespectful and un called for. I told her about how she was talking to me and she saidshe did not care and put me on hold without telling me anything and said I would receive a call from someone else. I told herthat her attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never allow one of my employees to ever speak to a client orguest the way she did. I do not write a lot of reviews and this place has always been a really good place to have employeeslike this run customers off is likely to be the outcome here. It’s true one bad experience will cost a business money but Iwill not recommend this place to anyone anymore although I’ve been going here for years. I love eating lunch at Divano's ! The slices of pizza are huge so I only get one slice & the quality of ingredients is apparent... by how good the pizza tastes! Highly recommend ???? Read more
Absolutely perfect! We stopped in tonight (Sunday) about 630pm.... greeted promptly and able to order 3 slices of cheese... pizza to go! Great customer service and delicious food! Definitely recommend! Read more
First visit. Had ziti and sweet sausage. The portion was nice. The pasta was cooked just about perfectly. Could have been... drained a little better. The sausage was adequate as was the sauce. The sauce could benefit from a little reduction. Wasn'texpecting the salad, guess I missed that on the menu. The shop appears fairly clean. All in all, a passing grade. Perhapsspaghetti next visit. We ordered from here at 6pm on a Wednesday evening. I placed my order for DELIVERY. The person taking my order asked for my... phone number & I even had him read me the address on file to ensure it was correct. I placed an order for ONE pizza. 7:30 rollsaround and we still haven’t revived our pizza. I call the store & whoever working says “hello?” Not “Divano’spizza!” Or “Divano’s pizza how can I help you?”. I told him we were waiting on our food still & he responds with “yeahyour food is ready”. I reminded him that our order was for delivery & he stated that it was taken as a pickup order which made0 sense. I asked how long it would be before someone could deliver us a new pizza seeing as how it had been an hour & a halfsince we ordered. He said “honestly probably 45 minutes”. Whoever this employee truly didn’t seem to care what so ever &had 0 sympathy for the error made when taking our order. I asked to speak to the manager on duty & he said “there isn’t oneon duty.” Which makes total sense! This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here with our orders. This is the second time I ordered from Divano's and I should have learned my lesson the first time. Had a delivery this evening... for a large cheese pizza. When the pizza arrived half to almost all the cheese had slid off the pizza. I wouldn't have paid overtwenty dollars for soggy bread. Besides the fact both times we ordered from them we asked for the pizza to be cooked well done.When I tried to call the restaurant both times no one answered. There is no voicemail to leave a message for an owner ormanager. Zero customer service. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the food was still reasonably hot when itarrived and was delivered quickly. Read more
This place has gone downhill. We used to only order our Italian food from here. Today when I went in & was greeted with an... attitude. I ordered a simple ziti with marinara sauce only. 20 minutes later I went in to pick up my order and it was wrong butthe lady at the front counter had told my husband that what I got was what I ordered like I lied about it. She was reluctant tofix it and unapologetic. Once we picked it up again, it was still wrong, but I wasn’t going to win this fight so I left. Willunfortunately not be back. Do not recommend. Read more
