Pizza was delivered with no drink, the delivery driver acted like he was not going to come back with the drink we ordered and... told us to call the store. We called and they said they would have somebody come out and bring the drink and almost 2 hours wentby before they dropped it off. To top it all off the pizza was cold and and disgusting. I don't know what happened to this location. They were on point for so long, now it's pretty much over an hour wait. Pizza is... always cold, extremely slim on the toppings, you name it they are doing it wrong all over the place. I hate to go to other pizzajoints in this area cause they are terrible. I don't like giving bad reviews, but this is 4th times the charm and I just thinkpeople should be warned. Sorry dominoes but I will have to go to that disgusting Papa Johns. Ordered pizza through the app for pickup in store at 6:02 pm. Showed up at 7:05 pm and still was told it would be another 20-25... minutes. Spoke to the manager Bradley and every excuse was thrown at me. A simple call or text which we sign up for updatesvia the app allow would have been nice. There are other pizza places that value customers. I will not be back and I suggestfind a place that values your business. Read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. My son ordered pizza and went to pick it up after 40 mins. Went inside and the girl looked passed... him and helped the customer behind him. When he said excuse me I?m here to pick up pizza too she barely spoke to him. Then saidoh I guess we?ll make that now. I understand being busy but how about A little customer service. my son only eats dominos pepperoni. we used to go to Domino's on 42 but it closed when this location opened. the first month... of operation everything went well. but the last month has been terrible. the last 4 times we ordered online the onlinetracker alerts us the pizza is ready when we arrive at store 5-10 minutes later staff informs us its not ready and will beanother 20 minutes. Franchise owners you may need better management or Domino's Corp needs to fix online tracking system to bea bit more accurate. Ordered just 1 pizza for delivery. According to the tracker the pizza it was out of the oven at 629pm. At 719 there was no... driver available to deliver a pizza that was sitting for over 45 minutes. Terrible experience Read more
