I was sure if the hours but my appointment was 6am I arrived about 5 am I waited a bit because I wasn?t sure on the check in... process. At near my appointment time I walked to the office ( read the reviews) and was checked in and had a brief wait not longmaybe 20 mins. No truck stop but if you get here maybe 4 truck if you use both side of the street. It?s a small area but stillplenty of room. Read more
No truck parking go get unloaded and leave
First time here and was easy to find. Not a lot of space for parking nor backing but not the tightest I've seen. Receiving... office is near door 5. Was told to park on Laurensfield CT which is right before entrance to Domino's. There's parking on thestreet but only for a couple of trucks. Some side streets nearby but lots of construction so be careful. They do not allowparking or waiting at the facility. You can check in and then asked to leave till they call you. If you can park on the streetit best to walk paperwork up to door rather than loose spot. Read more
They have no adherence to their unloading schedules. Arrived for 930 am appointment unload, they had me sit on the street for... 2half hours. Ran off my drive clock waiting. Called into a door finally but extremely slow operation to unload...3half hours totake of 20 pallets. Ridiculous facility! Read more
Would be 5 stars if they had off-street parking and you had more room to back. Always in and out of there but the lot is a... little tight. The guys always help guide you in though just to make things go a little quicker. Usually done in 30 mins or sofrom when I bump the dock (5 pallets) Read more
They only unload in one door for inbound loads. Door 7. I will say this if you can ever get in there they unload you fast. But... getting in is the problem. Park before you turn in on the road and walk youre paper work in. They gonna turn you around justbest to park. Walk paper work in they take youre phone number and call you when door is open. And btw dont matter aboutappointment time I had 12 30 time other driver had 2 30 took him first. So come on in and prepare to wait. You can park on sideof road tight at turn in to place. Giving 5 on dock worker in charge Sat 12/22/18 For being a good person. Wasn't but a few on staff but still unloaded quicker... than Walmart. This is a small warehouse, with store delivery guys coming and going so don't expect fast but acceptable. Read more
