This was a terrible experience! I have eaten dine in here a lot and had great experience. I ordered four kids meals and a... chicken cheesesteak meal. The kids meals were extremely small with few fries. Compared to the kids meal we eat when we dine init was about half. I asked about it and all I got was shrug of the shoulders. Chicken cheesesteak was over cooked and driedout. We got four Teas and there was absolutely ZERO ice in the them. I spent $38 for a very small amount of food! Sodisappointed that the manager would not even acknowledge that this was wrong. Especially since there was someone eating thesame kids meal inside and it was twice the size of ours and I showed her. Greeted and seated quickly. Server was courteous and quick. Burger was same quality as previous visits, tater tots over cooked.... Hot dog was dry. Chicken tenders over cooked/chewy. We have been here previously and had a better experience with the food,hopefully this was one off. Read more
Soggy tater tots and an Andys size chicken cheese steak with not even enough meat to fill half the bread. I don?t do bad reviews... until the service is consistent but this has now happened several times. Photos from different visits. We ate here . Hamburger was burnt. Waitress had ear buds and was talking on her phone while waiting tables. Tea was horrible... this time. Higher prices with lower quality food and service. Read more
Ordered to-go and the food was HORRENDOUS! Lettuce on burger was brown, paid extra for bacon and didn't get it, cheese fries had... enough cheese to cover 5 fries, fried pickles were in a bath of brown, dirty grease. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be closed down. It's partially functioning and doing a poor job. It give all Hwy 55 a bad name. Ordered a... delivered and of course the $4 milkshake is missing. When I called the person answering the phone says she was the only personworking and cant deliver anything. She cant give a refund either. Says I can come by tomorrow for a refund. No accountability atall. If the store doesn't have staff to operate then don't open. Look at the the pictures of the food. The sandwich looks throwntogether (no cheese or anything) and chili fries were a ball of grease. Threw it all in the trash. Do not waste your time. Go tothe Fuquay Varina location. Read more
My very first experience with Hwy 55. Went to get orangeade ordered food. Had Philly steak sandwich with onion rings. Wouldn?t... order again, but was told it?s a burger place. Place needs to be cleaned. Napkin holder so dirty and dusty. Seems like thatshould be done each day while cleaning tables. Had to ask the waiter to clean our table and he seemed put off. Why expect peopleto eat from dirty tables especially during these times. Waiter needs to be more friendly if he wants to earn tips, good tips.Not sure I will be back. Read more
Napkin holders and whole restaurant NASTY told the owner that was there ; did not seem to phase him FOOD IS NOT UP TO THE HWY.... 55 standards I have tried this one 2-3 times but will not go back . there I will travel elsewhere.. last visit in the ownercooked the food NOT GOOD cold greasy fries and burger was not up to par ..would seem easy to make a fresh burger and fries for$11.00 GO to COOKOUT cheaper and at least the food is hot !!
