this location had slow service, there was a hair in my sub paper, my sub was soaked in vinegar, the staff was unorganized, lack... of supervision with clearly new employees, and an hazardous and filthy dining room. had to go to starbucks to sit at a cleantable. the guy that took out the trash had brown liquid pouring out of the bottom of the bag all over the floor and on my feet,along with others. 10/10 would not recommend! Love this Jersey Mike's location! Whether I order on the app or go into the restaurant, the subs are accurate and the... ingredients are fresh. When I visited this evening (around 8 pm), they were out of the bread I would have gotten(understandable), so I tried a new-to-me bread and it was one of the best subs I've had! Just plain terrible service. Three guys standing around not doing and can?t even get the order right. And then give me an... attitude because I was upset because it?s wrong The manager was terrible. He?s the one with the biggest attitude althoughhe was the only one apologizing for the mistake. I will never be back but they don?t care The new customer service theydon?t care about you. I would like to commend the entire staff at this location for their services on March 30, 2022. I went during a lunch rush on a... day where they were very busy due to a promotion that they were running. While my wait was longer than expected, theprofessionalism shown by these folks during this extremely busy and stressful day was amazing. They handled the lunch rush withsuch ease and professionalism that you do not see very often anymore. To top it off, the sandwich still came out amazing andwarm. Shout out to these people! Read more
They really know how to make a sub here! The meat is freshly sliced and they put plenty of meat on the sandwiches. They have... different size subs for everyone, but I am really impressed with the size of the large ones because these are huge, tasty, meatysubs. They are awesome. Read more
