The only reason there getting two stars is because the food was decent. The manager however was rude loud and very... unprofessional. If you don't like your job find another one. Customer service should be something a person who works in anestablishment like this excels at. He yelled thorough the speak when I asked him to give me a minute, then he nearly throws mybag which had my food in it, at me. The food was aweful. I threw out $30 plus dollars worth of chicken. The drink was handed to me with the top coming off and never... got the honey that I asked for or a napkin to even clean the cup off before putting it in my car! Not going back. Will never be back to this location. Biscuits were underdone (still dough), and we waited 30 minutes for them. Person behind... the counter wouldn?t refund us the cost of the biscuits and wouldn?t put them back in the oven. Old woman at the registermisgendered my husband intentionally and repeatedly (man has long hair and a full beard, as well as a deep voice) and usedcondescending language towards us (stuff like sweetheart, and not used in the nice way). I love KFC, in fact I used to work at one in my youth, and usually this place is pretty fast and efficient. Just don't be the... first customer at the window come morning shift; very few options are ready to go like the chicken sandwich and such. What theyhave ready that early is barely "ready". Wings and thighs drenched wet in oil and biscuits that have yet to rise. Both of whichcouldve used more time in the oven. But that's what I get for coming in at opening I guess. Read more
I ordered a 8pc meal which included 2 large sides and 4 biscuits $25.99. When I arrived at the drive-thru window the manager... immediately apologized for only having 3 biscuits available and offering me a substitute if I wasn't available to wait 10minutes 4 fresh biscuits. I took a extra piece of chicken. The 4 is because when I realized the biscuits I did have were hardand dry. Read more
Food was decent and warm but they completely missed our order. Four people that ordered after us got their food ahead of us.... The place just looks old, dirty and sad. They had lots of staff present but alas none were even trying to be pleasant. I?ve patronized this location occasionally and the food has been ok & sometimes pretty darn good. However, the last few visits... were unpleasant. The food has become sub par at best and management lacks the leadership skills to effectively deal withcustomer service in an industry that is struggling to survive in this economy. Manager on-duty was very argumentative and itwas evident she did not possess the professional acumen to resolve customer complaints. I will never again patronize the GarnerKFC! I was treated with the utmost disrespect. The disposition of the management at this location is unacceptable anddespicable. I believe the Colonel turned over in his grave today. Read more
