This has got to be the worst McDonald?s in NC. The cashier (Margaret) gave me a hard time about using my rewards coupon. Then... she gave me an attitude when I tried to pay for my son?s order. I had a McDonald?s gift card. She said I could not pay for itusing the gift card. I had to use a different payment. What kind of ridiculousness is that?? This is the second time havingdifficulties with this restaurant. On one occasion, it took them three tries to prepare a plain chicken sandwich. What?s so hardto prepare a plain chicken sandwich? SMH. Went there around 8:15 pm. It was your typical McDonald's, you get what you get if you know what I mean. I was good until I saw... the manager, shift lead, or whatever your title is, empty the bag of fries in the basket and arrange them with her bare hands. Iguess I should be thankful that the fries went immediately in the hot oil to be cooked and kill any germs she may have had onher hands at the time. Of course, at that point, I'm watching her every move and immediately start praying over everyone's foodthat she touched if that wasn't enough she then put her hand in her pocket and never I mean never, washed her hands nor putgloves on. McDonald's you got to do better, for real. I am thankful I did not order fries on this occasion. Read more
