Both sliced cinnamon crunch bagels were sliced however the bottom was sliced off and missing. I have half of a half on the... bottom. I would think that if half of the bagel is missing upon slicing it, someone would replace it with another full (sliced)bagel. Also, isn't it standard practice to have one person filling the orders and another taking the orders? All I wanted was anadditional cream cheese cup and stood there for 5 minutes waiting for something that could've taken less than 30 seconds to helpme with.. as I had already ordered (separately) the bakers dozen Tuesday special online. I gave two stars because the young lady at the window was so, so sweet. The last time I came here I ordered the Green Goddess.... The avocadoes were SO unripe, they were too hard to eat. Had to pick them out. I let it go because even the best places have abad day. This evening I ordered the same (it's a great salad and over several years, zero complaints) bit into an avocado chunkthat was neither ripe nor PEELED. I would rather have the kitchen say at the speaker that you're out of avocado (I would stillpurchase!) than bite into a piece that is hard and unshelled. That's something too basic to excuse. Two visits in a row. :( Read more

Panera is my go-to for fast food. I have liked it for a very long time because their chicken is good quality. This review is... mainly for my experience with a specific employee, Spencer. He is a great example of someone you would want to have handle yourfood. After taking the payment, Spencer turned to the sink, washed his hands, and tactically wore his gloves before packing mydaughter's desert. I never noticed the sink even though I have visited this location since it opened. Spencer should be a modelfor the other employees. He put a smile on my face! Welldone Spencer! I truly appreciate your hygiene! Read more

It?s really hard to say this because we LOVE Panera but? this location has gone downhill in the past few years. Prices have... increased (understandably with inflation) but the portion sizes have almost been cut in half-pictured. The dressing containerfor take-out orders had barely a tablespoon of dressing in it. Additionally, I always ask for one single specific item (whichthe app allows for so it shouldn?t be uncommon or unreasonable) that has completely been ignored several times with noexplanation. Unfortunately, It hasn?t been worth the drive or the money in the past few visits. Read more

They never have enough help. Sometimes the will close mid-day or close the drive up. They will have you pull up to wait for... order and never bring it out. The list of negatives goes on and on. How does this pizza make it to a customer looking like this?Very poor management! I would close up shop and reopen once under control with new management & help! Read more

Drove up to window to place order. Girl taking order was unable to understand that I wanted a cheese Flatbread pizza with 4... Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwiches and one without Avocado.. while ordering the manager gets on and states that with such alarge order if we wouldn't mind coming inside to dine instead.. All 4 Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwiches had no Avocado onthem. Cheese pizza barely had any cheese. 3rd time I've had a bad experience at this particular Panera... Will not spend mymoney there ever again. Read more

Never really experienced Panera Bread and all its glory til yesterday. Been coming here DAILY for over a week to eat, drink and... do my tax prep. Today Spencer was working and kept the dining area crystal clean and ready for new customers to sit and enjoytheir food/beverages. He really added to the experience and even offered to take my dishes when we were done eating. Dined inand enjoyed one of their "You pick 2" specials with a half salad / half soup. The meal comes with a free piece of freshly madebread. Sign up for rewards and get a free pastry! Will definitely be back seeing as how I have signed up for the Monthly SipClub. Definitely check that out if you plan to frequent this place. It is a heck of a deal. All the staff was super efficientbut Mr. Spencer definitely added to the welcoming environment of the place. Seems several repeat customers know him well too.Once you visit a few times, the rewards system will generate coupon specials off of the 'You pick two' and a couple bucks off ofa breakfast sandwich. There is both booth and table seating indoors and a lovely gated patio area with tables andumbrellas. NOTE: Only about 5 or so tables indoors offer access to outlets for keeping work stations charging if you decide tomake Panera your office area for a few hours. The coffee/tea/fountain drinks are "self serve". Also, if you prefer to warm up apastry, there is a microwave conveniently located below the coffee station. To adhere to CoVid protocols, Panera sends an smsalert when your food is ready for pickup vs using the handheld vibrating alert devices. If you are eating out on a budget, select a 'Value Duet' $5.99 and you choose salad and soup or soup and half sandwhich with free item (baguette, apple or chips)and add on an additional pastry or desert for just .99. Enjoy! Read more

I wanted the Mac & Cheese sandwich. They said that they were out of the regular bread for it but could substitute with ciabatta.... I said ok. When I got home they didn't put any Mac between the bread, just melted cheese. When I called they asked if I wantedto return to the store but it was 25 minutes away. I asked for a credit and was told that they don?t do it over the phone. Theyput it on a sticky note in the office for the next time I come on. Forget about it! Not the first time they screwed up theorder. Don't order from Panera. Read more
