Wanted to order at the counter instead of the kiosk. It seems the Panera does not train their employees with reference to the... menu items. They did not know about the sourdough bread bowl option on the menu. So even though I ordered the sourdough breadbowl, I was given a bowl of soup. It had to be corrected when I picked up my order. This isn't the first time something likethis happened. Will use the kiosks from now on if we go back. Food and atmosphere were good though, well except for the coffee,which lately has been weak and watered down. Sheetz has better coffee. And like what other reviewers have stated, they seem tobe out of too many menu items. The only reason we went was because we had a gift card. Read more

The food is good. But put a curbside pick up order in for 12:30 in the middle of the week. Checked in at 12:35. Ended up waiting... 45 min and having to go inside twice. I thought it was just a fluke, but the person who was there before me had to do the samething. The two people who pulled in while I was waiting ended up having to do the same thing. Read more

We?re do you start. My family and I came here for dinner at 7pm on a Friday. We walk in and no one is at the order counter. The... only person we see is a person making bread who is coughing up a storm while making bread. A little concerning. No one is thereto take a order for 5 min so we decided to use the self order machines. You are out of multiple items including types of bread.Your prices are high for basic sandwiches but we are hungry so we order. After we order we are waiting for a text indicating ourfood is ready there is still no one at the front register and now there are multiple individuals in line wanting to order food.Someone finally shows up to work the register. Multiple people are wondering why so many things are not available includingbread. They are told the bread is for tomorrow. Really? So you are not serving people food you have today so tomorrows customerswill be happy? I realize I need a drink so I order two medium drinks and realize your charging me $3 for a medium drink? Betweensettling for food I didn? really want and way over paying I am totally done with Panera. I will not even consider eating withyou as a option any more. Read more

Went to this location at exit 312 for lunch. 1 adult and 1 child. My order was $38, which is fine if my food was hot and given... to me in a normal amount of time. 1 hour after ordering I call the store. I am waiting in the car with a sleeping child. Theysay they will bring it out when they have time. When I received it I was missing my soup, an apple and my sandwich had cheese onit. I specifically asked for no cheese due to a dairy allergy. I am just disappointed and will drive to another location nexttime. Customer service is not a priority at this location. Drive on. Read more

I see a lot of negative reviews about this Panera location. However every time I go there's not much of a line, service is... extremely friendly and the weight is usual time for Panera. Love getting their broccoli and cheese soup, the flatbreads arereally good, and great salads. Tables are always clean with plenty of seating Read more

I arrived shortly after 8:30am. I found the dining room closed. Going through the drive-thru, I attempted to order a baker's... dozen bagels. I was told that they were almost out of cheese bagels and unable to fulfill my order. I pointed out that it wasnot even 9:00 yet. They responded that they had had a lot of bagel orders. I found that hard to believe when their lobby isclosed and there's not a single car in line other than me. This was a recurring theme at this particular Panera. I went toanother Panera several miles away where they are busy, the lobby is open and they had plenty of everything. They really needto get their act together or close the store at exit 312. Generally I would say Panera is on the decline. I've been in severalstores across NC lately and found that their cleanliness, customer service and food availability is spotty. Whatever they arefocusing on, it's not their food or their customers. The store near Cabela's in Garner is a pleasant exception. Read more

Worst Panera Bread I?ve been to. This is a Baja bowl that?s basically a bowl of rice. No cilantro. No verde sauce. No lime. ... Bread was placed in a separate bag with napkins and eating utensils on top of bread. Called to complain about this drivethrough service. No one would answer the phone. I?ve been through their drive through before. Still not good service. Justdecided to try one more time before giving up on them. What a waste of time and money. I?m done. Awful!!! Read more
