We initially wanted to go to longhorn steakhouse, but I decided i wanted something more simple. I'm so happy we chose this... place! Our waitress, Emma, was absolutely amazing! Aside from having such an infectious smile, she was super friendly,personable, helpful, and professional! All of our food came out correct and in good time, she made very good suggestions to me(I'm super picky and complicated) and retained a smile the entire time! She was even able to talk me into getting a milkshake,haha! Emma deserves a bonus. She really seemed like she wanted to be helpful, and it seemed like she was actually happy to beserving us tonight. My family loves had a good time last night. I love the way they still sing the birthday song. My daughters loved the ice cream... and food. The staff was amazing from the greeting to our waitress. She was so full of energy and friendly. Oh lord It was myhusband and children first time and l know that we will be back. The food was hot and the restroom was clean. The service was great! Burgers are a 6 out of 10 for me. But the drinks from the bar... 0 out of 10. I try different drinks... every time I go which is about once or twice a month and they are never good. Always watered down with funny tastes. I had touse the restroom and when I tell you the sewage smell actually made me throw up my food... I knew it was sewage because the sinkwater smelled the same way. Second time going in there in a long time. I was excited to go and I was hungry. My hopes got ruined I didn't enjoy my food. I... don't think I'm going there again in a long time. My order was the "Loving Burning Burger" ask for a well done. I took a bit itwas pink in the inside send it back to get if remade. I was hopeing that the second time would be a lot more better then the 1sttime and well done like i asked for. Unfortunately no the same thing happened again it was still medium rare cook! They asked ifI wanted to get it redone again I say no because it was going to be a long wait for it and I was already upset. I didn't evenfinish the burger with all that pink meat in it and the kindly said that it will be taken of the check. First the atmosphere- During Covid this has been one of the best restaurants. Hostess (which I think was the manager) told us it... would be a minute as they were sanitizing table. She walked us to table and said it should dry in 30 seconds. They also useplastic utensils in plastic bag. Condiments aren?t on table they come in sealed ramekin with your food. Every employee had on amask pulled over nose. So if you?re like me and get annoyed by how some restaurants don?t care - this is the place for you! Nowon to the food. We ordered, there were five of us and everyone got their meal except myself. The manager came around soon afterand asked how things were and noticed I didn?t have mine. She went to check. Then right after the server came back and said shewould check also. The manager came back and said my meal would be on the house and it was being remade immediately. Not surewhat happened there but I wasn?t complaining at all but was very nice way for her to handle it. Got my meal all was fine and shecame back again to make sure all was good. Excellent customer service from her and the server. I got clucks and shrimp. It wasdecent. The chicken did taste a little like frozen chicken fingers. The shrimp was good. My husband got fish and shrimp. Fishlooked amazing. He liked it. My daughter got a burger. Her boyfriend got fish and chips. Here?s the most amazing part. My 8 yearold grandson got a kids burger. He has never eaten a whole burger in a restaurant. He only will eat garbage from McDonald?s orBurger King. He LOVED this burger. Finished the whole burger and next day asked to go back that the burger was ?sooooo good?. Iwas stunned lol. Overall wonderful experience and we?ll definitely be back. I had the most delicious burger ever!!! I always get the mushroom swiss burger every single time. But this burger was perfect!... It actually had a lot of mushrooms. You could taste them in every bite! The burger was cooked perfectly and was juicy andflavorful.
