Come for the salad bar. So hard to find salad bars anymore. Menu items are average. I wish Ruby Tuesday management would get it... together with their staff, and organization. The last 2 we went to, lacked any real service. One guy left today due to noservice, with a few customers. No plates taken off our table, with the salad bar. It?s a shame some of these locations arefalling apart. The mens bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Prices are a bit high. Croutons are the best I have ever eaten!!! Read more
I'm so full, well when I wrote this passage Over stuff you could say. Going out to lunch with my inlaw at Ruby Tuesday was... positively the best move for a nice ????, ????, and ???? the tea was fresh and delicious I had lemon ???? in. The service wasvery accommodating, and with a smile. Well attended to the whole time. They had a perfect menu for my granddaughter. Clean andthe atmosphere was so peaceful calming even. I was traveling from out of state and had my daughter and granddaughter with me. Met up with a friend at this location. I... ordered the parmesan shrimp that came out full of old bay seasoning. I didn't complain because I actually like the seasoning. However, some of the shrimp was raw. Sent the food back because of it. The waitress proceeds to yell to the cook not chef thatI said the shrimp was raw which it was and rudely asked if I wanted something else. No thank you! Ended up with stomach acheafter that. The only good thing about this place was the manager. He assisted us with the car seat and provided the boosterseat to get my grand comfortable. She was a waste of energy. Read more
I usually love Ruby Tuesday. It's a nice treat - especially their salad bar! However, I ordered a steak medium rare and got the... toughest, hardest to chew, well done steak I have ever eaten. I was also in the bathroom less than 15 minutes after finishing mymeal. I won't be back, unfortunately. I have to find a new salad place. Read more
Been here a couple of times. But was very disappointed during this trip. had gone in for a late lunch. Went for the endless... salad bar. I was disappointed there as there were no meats and cheeses like usual. Has meat and cheese been taken off the saladbar? Was apparently the only customer in the store. Server never filled my water when it went low. Had to wait ages for thecheck too. Between getting the check and paying the check. It was a 13 minutes wait. Definitely could have been better. UPDATE:despite them reaching out and exchanges being done. This branch in question has still yet to reach out to me(I was told theywere going to!). I believe the branch in question is not keen at all to reach out to customer or maybe we are just not importantenough for them to want to reach out to. For what it?s worth. It?s not even an extremely busy branch. So no idea what is takingso long for them to reach out. Hence the google rating has been changed to 1 star. DEFINITELY NEVER coming back to any RubyTuesdays! Ruby Tuesday was opened on Thanksgiving and I really enjoyed the food so much that I tipped the cook and my server. The food was... hot and delicious. The salad was fresh and they even supplied plastic gloves for sanitation purposes. This Ruby Tuesday is greatand I appreciate their hard working staff. I highly recommend this Ruby Tuesday. Read more
