Worst experience ever. It was so cold people were walking out and getting jackets and blankets. we didn't get our drinks for... over an hour. Ordered and waited another hour and our food was still not even being cooked. We ended up leaving after 2hrs. They hadn't even cooked our food. If I could give this place 0 stars that would be too much. Never putting my family of 6through that again. My kids were so cold their lips were turning blue and shaking. Read more
I'll start with the good. The food was good, served hot and orders were prepared correctly. **This is by far the worst Waffle... House I've ever ate at. The waiting staff was not even close to friendly, borderline rude. Took for ever to get seated. Itseemed they wanted to force people to eat at the countertop area, because they took for ever to clean tables. Watched staffmember "preferences " seat by seating two young girls over a older Hispanic couple that arrived just after us. When called outon it, staff member just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This place was filthy from floor to ceiling. Food all over thefloor, meat hanging on the refrigerator door, grease dripping on floor from grill top; see picture. I'm amazed they got an "A"on their inspection. The food was good. Service time from order to food could be more efficient. Also would have preferred to sit down at the... restaurant. We will go back as it is our nearest location and im partial cause I worked there at one time. Read more
Just walked out after waiting 45 minutes. Table available but not cleared for 32 minutes. 6 people on the line and 4 more all... standing in the same place. When the young girl decided to finally clear the tables that are available, there were now Four,she drug the dirty disgusting trash can to the table. Manager too busy showing off her yelling skills to manage the restaurant! Wouldn?t even give one star! Read more
Food and service was good, but turned off about the cleanliness of the place. Food all over the floors, under the tables and in... the cookingarea behind the counter. I've eaten here several times and never saw it look so filthy. I hope it improves. Read more
Stopped by there Sunday morning around 10. Had Taylor for a waitress. Watched her somewhat "clean" our booth. I ended up tipping... her even thou our food was inedible, cold, and brought to us at different times at least 8-10 minutes in between. It wasn't evencrowded, she was just either sleepy or just not ready for work that day. We didn't eat our food. She did modify out ticket toonly charge for one meal butttttt, I won't be returning. The grits were cold and clumpy. By the time we got the eggs and toastthey were cold as well. Below is a pic of the cheese hardened on the eggs and a clump from the grits how we were served them. This place was a joke. Upon entry no hello how are you nothing. Employess continued working while my husband and I stood waiting... to be assisted. Finally an employee asked another employee to take our order and she told her to ask another employee to do it.That went back and forth for a minute then an elderly lady from the back come s to take our order and she clearly has never ranregister before. She didn't know the prices or nothing (wasn't her fault she clearly works in the back) so I kindly justcanceled the order and left. We will not be returning Read more
