Closing shift did me wrong tonight.. fries & nuggets stale & cold. Mozzarella chicken sandwich was dry as hell. Also overloaded... both my lemonades with ice, after i specifically asked for light ice. Very disappointed, and not the first time this hashappened here at this time? Read more

What a horror show! Placed a mobile order for 3 biggie bags, and 4 frosty?s. When I went to pick up my order it was not ready... and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. While people came in and got their order after me. The frosty?s were soup, my burger wasnot edible as it wasn?t even cooked and the order was wrong. There were a plate of chicken wings on the service counter wherethey put peoples food. Non workers went through the kitchen to leave through the back door. It was absolutely disgusting and Iwill NEVER go here again!! Read more

The "manager" on 10/07/2022 was a very rude and rude person. I wanted to pay and get my rewards on the wendys app, but the woman... started yelling at me and saying you can't do that. The other guy said ?sorry for that men? and he was going to give me myburgers and the lady bounced him out of her hands so he wouldn't give me and closed the drive thru glass. She started yellingthat she was going to call the police because I asked her why she was a racist (I am Hispanic), it was very offensive on herpart... terrible service, and I feel very bad that there are still people like that especially in that place. Veronico's customer service is out of this world! Him and the guy that was working with him on 8/22/22 around 12am both had very... welcoming demeanors and very polite and helpful. Even though is was 12am and I'm sure they were ready to go home they didn't letthat stop them from delivering A1 customer service! Read more

My order is normally right 85% of the time when I ask for a meal the way it's displayed on the number menu. However, if I order... a meal without onions, pickles, or anything of that sort, I usually get back a plain burger with everything missing I didn't askto be taken off. I was better off ordering everything and just removing what I didn't want to be on the burger. Read more

Service needs improvement. Had to wait an extraordinarily long time to place my order at the drive-thru. Gave my order 3 times... to multiple people. Female on staff yelling at a male employee. She was extremely unprofessional especially in front ofcustomers. Chicken sandwiches were good but french fries were cold and certainly not their crispy fries. Read more

Wasn't a fan of the Bacon Double stack, the mustard was overwhelming and the patties looked very different than usual. Aside... the odd burger, this restaurant is SO clean! At 10:30am I walk in and see staff spraying and wiping down tables as well assweeping the floors. Seeing how tidy everything was made me want to eat my food in a precise and clean way, as to not make amess. While eating I was approached by an employee and asked how my food was in a very cheerful mood. I've had alot ofexperience in the food industry working with Chick-fil-A and large Catering companies. Learning and using this act of customerfollow up is a great way to instill the feeling that the employees really care about the customer & your enjoyment. Overall, Iam very impressed with the happy attitude of these employees as well as the cleanliness & care put into maintaining a gasstation fast food restaurant. Thank you Wendys! Read more
