It's McDonald's, your expectations are probably not very high before you even came. Always seems to be short staffed. No one's... very friendly.. Everyone's on their phones and seem to be annoyed that you're interrupting them. I'd only recommend coming hereif you don't feel like cooking and the lines for BK and Taco Bell are too long. Usually this is a good McDonald's, however I went this morning at 6:30 and no one was available despite opening at 6 am. We... waited in the drive thru and even went to the window, but the two workers who were there were not visible or working the drivethru. I understand workers are hard to come by right now, but if you can't open at 6 change the hours. I was disappointed. Read more
What can I say besides good help is hard to find. Some days you go the food is alright. Other days they slop your food together... so disrespectfully it truly ruins your experience. They need to seriously get it together. People like fresh food not cardboardnuggets, over salted fries, dried out chicken sandwiches and more sauce on the outside of the wrapper then in the sandwich.Hopefully the staff can get better quality training or find people that put a little pride into what they do. I rarely give 5 stars for anything, especially not fast food places, but this particular McDonald's deserves it. Not because the... food is any different (hey, what do you expect, it's a McDonald's), but because of the staff. Everyone is so nice. But there isone lady there in particular who runs the place like it is a small diner... talking to customers, checking on tables, strikingup just a little bit of small talk. I'll bet this is what things were like back when Kroc first bought the company. Thecorporate guys should give that nice woman a job to show them a thing or two. Read more
I actually had a very good experience. My cheese burgers were fresh and hot, so we're my fry's. The employee's we're friendly... and did a great job. This was my first time back at McDonald's in almost 2 years. Good job Read more
Recently was back in the area and stopped again. Found staff to be pleasant again, and food to be excellent. The facility has... restrictions due to Covid, but did a bang-up job. Will certainly be back when in the area. Friendly crew working each time Ivisited over the weekend. This is a smaller facility, but probably perfectly matched to the peak tourist season and offseasonregulars. The food was good and coffee hot. A great place for a quick meal if in the area. Read more
I ended up getting food poisoning from a half raw quarter pounder. I even brought the back to the store and showed the manager.... Then the next day I get food poisoning. I lost a week's worth of wages. They didn't even send the coupons they promised. I askedfor their corporate number but was refused. I haven't been back there since this happened in July. Read more
