Overall a good place, mistakes here and there from time to time. I had ordered 4 big breakfasts with hotcakes about two weeks... ago and one of my orders was missing the hotcakes.??????????? Today I went back bought nuggets and a mocha frappe. More thanhalfway done with my drink, I found plastic while sipping on it and now I feel nauseous. Do better, please. Read more
Great customer service tonight. Order not quite right at drive through. Place was busy. Didn?t take time to check bag in car... full of kids with cars behind me. Drove out and on street and had to cut back around and went inside as drive through was waypacked?after we realized some burgers had cheese. Manager switched it out immediately as I walked in and it was BUSY. Looked atme with my take out bag coming in and helped me right away. Meant a lot that I didn?t have to wait or explain much. They have a $6 meal that is wonderful. The issues I had were small, but definitely noticeable. My french fries were not full and... my apple pie was barely warm. Besides those issues, the place was nice, clean and fast service. I got a Quarter Pounder withcheese, small fries, small drink and apple pie for $6. Read more
