I visited this location for the first time today and although the salad was decent, the customer service was terrible. The menu... is taped to the wall so if I had any questions I was referred back to the menu. When I asked what kind of dressing they had Iwas directed to read the casing where the salad is prepared. When I asked what was in the Greek dressing or what was in anotherdressing one of the workers told me they can?t explain it but if I eat salad I should know what I like. Horrible customerservice!!!!. When I kept it simple with an Italian dressing the picture that I was referred to showed a different color thanwhat I was given. When I questioned the difference I was handed my bag with no explanation. They are rude and unknowledgeable! Read more
The salad was fresh and they did ask if I wanted my dressing on the side. I wasn't in love with the sandwich I ordered. It was... meh to me, but the salad hits. The gentleman who made my salad was polite. The woman at the register, perhaps the owner, seemedto want to rush us through our order but I didn't take any offense. I work in NYC and most establishments give you all of 5seconds during the lunch rush to decide what you want before they take the next order behind you. It would take a lot more thanthat to offend me. I'll be back definitely. Read more
I've never had Saladworks so I thought I'd try some on my lunch break. Worst idea ever!! The staff, although attentive, was... rushed and they gave me old chicken. When I returned to get a refund I asked the manager how fresh the chicken was and she saidits fresh everyday. Look at the pics! That chicken was at least a day or 2 old. Chewy, hard, and dry. I gave it a 2 starbecause the manager was very nice but the food is unacceptable. Read more
