Not really the best customer service or friendly location. Went to drive through, waited few minutes for someone to even take... order. was told hold on waited some more. Gal took order asked for frosty, was told only chocolate, said no. pulled around,asked Gal to speak to manager was told she was busy. left to get food at a different restaurant. Also had several issues toowith location in past. Previous time, went to try to go in to order, doors locked, went to drive through attempted to order butspeaker box was broken, asked person is dinning room closed, was told yes. Workers inside let 6 teens inside restaurant toorder food. why was the dinning room closed for me but not for 6 teens. Not really liking the staff or location. Surprisingly friendly and helpful staff. I really appreciated that they posted signs informing you ahead of time that they are... short staffed and wait times are a little longer than normal. However my order was promptly prepared and it was accurate. Farbetter experience here than the Plainfield location that I normally visit. Read more
