Can't stand Anna or her attitude problem . That kitchen is a nightmare in disarray and a food borne illness waiting to happen .... Unless they've drastically overhauled the design and hired someone who is certified and educated in proper food handling I'davoid this place like The Plague !!!!!!!$ It has nothing to with me not working there Anna . They way you treat others reflectsupon your character and your morals. I certainly am glad to hear you've since hired another professionally trained chef and wishyour business well. But, my review was honest and has nothing to do with my employment status . The kitchen was in direstraights and nothing was up to local or state code. It does seem by other reviews that your new hire is doing fantasticallywell and is a great talent ! I do hope that everything keeps going well for you as it is a much needed addition for the area andevery one seems to really love it!!
