Employee at the counter is rude and unprofessional. She barely answered us when we ordered. No word when giving us the... order. The chicken in the sandwich tasted a bit old. Except all that the food was good (chiefs seems to do great jobs). Read more
The food was great, but we didn't feel welcomed due to the rude waitress. There also was no drinks
Great customer service but never been to a kfc with no refills on the drinks before... They make you pay for a new drink every... time. And no it's not like that everywhere. I ate at the one in Griffith yesterday and got a refill on my drink. Not sure whythis store is like that but I feel if you eat in store and pay $12 for a combo you should be able to get a refill Read more
One of the best looking buildings in all of Gary. Definitely doing better then the Popeyes down the street. Stopped in for a... quick bite while out exploring all the abandonment Gary has to offer. Service was good, and the food was good. Read more
I was actually traveling from Chicago and had to use the restroom. We stopped and put an order in to avoid issues if I wasn?t... ordering. Turns out the bathroom had an out of order sign up. Ghetto! Half the marquee is missing and they always run out of popular items like chicken sandwiches. It's a waste of gas just... go to the other kfc's because this one can't keep up with stock. Read more
