Pretty big location. Well stocked, organized and has a Subway inside as well (and it was an amazing sandwich).
The cashiers were complaining it sounded like the prior workers?? The sweet and unsweetened tea was empty at Saturday at 2pm. I... don't drink soda. The raspberry fountain tea came out as water. I had to buy drinks from Subway. The female workers were notvery friendly at all. Read more
Wish I could give 0 star for their behavior. I bought steak burger by mistake and I told the lady at the counter to change it... with the chicken one. Because I bought it like a second ago and I didn't even open it.but she gave me attitude like why youpeople always make it so difficult and throw that streak burger in the garbage bin. Working with this behavior shouldn't beacceptable at any workplace. Read more
It's been many years since I was at this Pilot, but from recent reviews I see nothing has changed in the parking lot, fuel... islands, and entry/exit. In short it's a complete disaster. The whole lot needs to be torn down and redesigned for greatlyimproved traffic flow and ease of parking. That would reduce parking capacity but so be it. I'll never go there again as-is. Read more
Cat ( Clerk 2071) is such an awesome employee. Very friendly. I wanted to purchase a tie dye hoodie and noticed that there were... several threads unraveled and asked Cat if there was anyway I could have a small discount on it. She took the time to askinstead of just saying no, and I got $5 off. She was also very pleasant and not annoyed by my request whatsoever. She pricechecked an item for me also. I also got two pieces of pizza. When I went to pay, my debit card wasn't going through for somereason. I walked outside to call my bank and the issue was fixed. Cat told me she had put my pizza under the warmer for me so itwouldn't get cold. Excellent customer service and such a nice person!! I only go out of my way to write reviews for a specificperson/employee when they are genuinely nice, have a great attitude, and care. Especially when they go out of their way to helpme. The place is ok. Not that big inside I like the fact that it has a Subway inside got to be careful in the shower and get my... towels but the service is really good can't complain with that I'm parking I like it's nice structured has there truck washwhich is a super plus and next to it is a TA in case you need to fix your truck also he also got some gas pumps and if you wantto fix your whales including your good cat scale Read more
Unlike any other gas station in the area this is also a convenience store. Bathroom, 8 showers, laundry system, cars and truck... gas stop as well as other household items and convenient nick-nacks. Coffee and other hot/cold beverages as well as sandwichesfrom the store and franchise which is Subway. An array of State souvenirs. Lottery and video poker system for entertainment andillegal lot lizards on the truckers driving side for your nightlife entertainment if you know what I mean. All optional. I got here last night. It is a quiet place. The truck stop is a little run down and trash cans are not everywhere. They do have... them just not enough. The fuel island was clean for the age of the stop. The inside of the store is dated, a little run down andneeds some TLC. I took a shower and the water was not warm. No hot water just what comes out of the tap. The shower head in 5was broken and spewed water everywhere. I had trouble getting into shower and he had to physically use a key to unlock it. Thestaff was so very helpful. Qiana was nice and attentive to my needs. Helped me find a place to eat and called me a ride to thecasino across the bridge.
