Stopped in the Truck stop with hubby to get his radio serviced. The cashier was very friendly. She stated she was new but you... could not tell. I inquired about the giveaway posted and although the cashier was unsure, she had another employee explain theprocess. Also, I visited the Verizon counter inside and the salesman was also knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first timehere but my hubby is a retired trucker and he patronizes this TA often! Just a bunch of ratchet hood rats working here. If I were to treat customers the way I was treated here I would be fired on the... spot. They're supposed to close at 10 but they started closing at 8:30. All I did was walk up to the cou ter to order and thesehood rats snapped at me. Read more
Staff were new and freshly trained. So speed isn?t something I?d expect from here for a while. Still has deals if you want to... get multiple things which is nice. Not every Pizza Hut express has the combo deal part. Read more
They don't care about customers there was many people wanting pizza hut willing to wait and just gave up after a while and... left. I waited for at least 20 mins before asking around if it was closed around 7pm I asked Verizon if pizza hut was evenopened anymore (store was very busy and I waited in lines and etc) I wait around another 10 mins and I asked the restaurant tothe left of pizza hut and they said he was just on his 30 min break tell me how his 30 min break took an hour then i over hear after I order the woman at the other restaurant that I asked where he was went to him quietly saying don't worry I told themanager you only just took your 30 min break don't worry about it Read more
