everyone saying it?s slow needs to calm down. this and McDonald?s are literally the only consistently open fast food places in... midtown. it?s usually understaffed and they?re trying their hardest. food is decent, service is decent and they?re open late.deducted one star bc the banana shake don?t rly taste like banana it?s just vanilla but it?s still a good shake :) Read more

Easily the SLOWEST food service place I've ever been to. From Florida to Seattle, this is by far the worst. Waiting at the drive... through for over 20 minutes and still waiting for them to take my order. I was only the second car in line. Read more
On 7-5-22 at 9:27p.m. the on duty manager allowed a shirtless young boy to come into the facility. The kicker is the drive-thru... clerk (teenager) had on a wife-beater and basketball shorts. This place is by far the most unprofessional establishment thatexists in Gary. Read more
So far so good. They are friendly, and the foods and drinks are good.
Went through the drive through to order two medium big Buford meals. The drive-through person was pleasant. I went at about... 8:45. The person in front of me got their order in about 4 minutes. I waited another 6 minutes once I got to the window. Not thefastest experience as far as a drive-through, but when I got my sandwiches and fries they were nice and hot. As you can see fromthe picture the burger was nicely made, because usually my issue with Rally's is messy burgers and smashed Burgers, but theyhave been doing much better lately. I will give more stars in the future if their drive-thru can go a little faster. Overallgood experience. Read more
