I arrived early Wednesday morning to be told I have a 10 minute wait for it to turn out to be a 40 minute wait. Then to here... that the reason for the delay is that they did not get the order from the call center. I wasn't the only one everyone in therehad an extremely long wait time. One company order was canceled. People who drive over from work do not have time to wastewaiting on an order that was pre ordered for convenience. Got order wrong and they even repeated order back to me and STILL got it wrong and didn't offer to fix or remake it and then i... called to speak to the manager, when i spoke to him i asked why didn't you offer to remake the pizza when u were told it waswrong, he states we don't remake it unless the customer ask us to remake it! Wow! I'm a restaurant manager and The first thingId do is offer my guest to remake it AND APOLOGIZE, i got neither! I won't ever buy anything from Rico's anywhere ever again!!!! Read more
Please make sure that you check your pizza before you leave. If not, they will not correct the error unless you bring the pizza... back. I purchased a pizza for someone that lives 2 hours away. Yes, I should have checked the pizza before I left. However, theexpectation is that business are supposed to give your the order that you pay for. Great pizza. I stop here every chance I get. I get the special that is 11 toppings for the price of 6. Medium is $25.10. The... large is $29.43 both are after tax is worth every penny. The place looks los and with very little style. But the pizza is amazing! Everybody that come here need to try the personal with... everything. They make it at the moment and you won't regret it???? it had so much that I ended getting a second one. Read more
I love Rico?s. I have been a patron of this establishment for about 25 years. I recommend the pizza of course and the Italian... beef. Staff is always changing in my eyes as I no longer live full time in Gary. Anytime I?ve went staff has been great. Waitisn?t long if you call ahead. It?s near a truck stop and nicely lit.
