Yoooooo. I love chicken, but this is my first time EVER going to wingstop, and they've had one in Gary for a little while. I was... happily greetedand everyone was doing some to keep the restaurant clean and presentable. I HAD to try the Cajun chicken sandwichand idk if it was because it was hot and fresh, but it gave what it was supposed to give dipped with ranch ????????. I hear this is under new management. The customer service is top notch. The gentleman at the register is very nice &... professional. He welcomed me with a smile and thanked me for coming in. Noone ever answere was on hold for 30 minutes without anyone picking up. Decided to drive there all to see the employees having... a good old fashion time at work. I ordered food from this dump today through Uber Eats. They got my order wrong and didn?t give me a food item at all that I paid... for. The only thing they got right was the drink and the drink had multiple flies in it. I called to let them know and the womanthat answered was ghetto?.unprofessional. Yelling and having conversations with other customers while I?m on the phone. She toldme that she can?t give me a refund and to just contact Uber Eats. I asked for the contact information and she told me to searchon the app. Uber Eats is not giving me a full refund. I will be calling them first thing Monday morning due to the fact thatit?s New Years. I will never eat anything from Indiana again. Read more
