Great place to grab a sub always friendly staff with a clean facility. This location does offer special deals for multiple subs... during certain times of the evening. Not sure of the times or days as it has changed but it is definitely worth it consideringthe normal price of subs without the deal. Read more

I ordered for delivery online through your guys? app. Never received my food and when I called to ask about my refund the girl... on the phone says they can only refund half of it because there were charges made through door dash. She told me that I am wrongand that I placed it for pick up. Now, I work at Buffalo Wild Wings, we?re not perfect by ANY means, but I always answer thephones with a good attitude, try my best to make my customers happy and make it a mission to fix their food right away if it isnot right/hot. This employee was extremely rude and sassy over the phone. She told me that there were no managers there when Iasked to speak to one so, I called door dash customer service and told them what was going on and asked for my refund. Door dashsaid they could not refund me my money because I did not order through door dash, I ordered through the subway app & placed myfood for delivery. Door dash called Subway and said they could not do anything because, as I said, I ordered through the subwayapp. When Door dash called me back they said that you guys were supposed to give me a call. Never got a phone call back so Icalled again and the manager for quick mart answered the phone and once again, I was not helped and was never told to come inand speak to a manager. I placed my order on Feb 24. It is now March 3rd and I still haven?t received any type of refund. When Icalled again the same exact girl answered the phone with the same exact attitude. I love eating at this place, but, lately havehad terrible experiences with your employees. Read more

10.07.21. Ordered using the app almost 2 and a half hours before the pick up time. Got to the store and the food was not... ready. They tried to tell us that they had just gotten the order which was ridiculous. 15 minutes later it got made BUTanother customer actually spoke up and asked them if they were going to make our order. One girl making everything and two guysstanding around not doing much. Sub rolls on 3 of the subs were burned. The cheese on 1 sub amounted to a single trianglepiece for a footlong and another footlong had 1 piece of ham on it. I guess the next time I want Subway I will try the one outby the interstate. Always have great deals and I love some Subway, but the workers are hit and miss. A worker wiped down the counter with a gross... rag, then put my sandwich wrapper right in it, causing the paper to soak up the dirty water. And sometimes the workers aren'tfriendly. Read more
