Bad service from start to end lobby had garbage everywhere and they told us to use kiosk instead of taking order at register.... The lady who was preparing food was mad because maybe the next shift person didn?t showed up and she was throwing stuff aroundat that point I knew I made mistake by ordering here any how the work station was all mess food was all over the floor like theyjust had food fight I just end up throwing food in garbage because don?t want to end up in emergency room with food poisoning.These people need to understand if they work there they?re getting paid and customers also pay for their food not gettinganything free. Good ole taco bell. They messed up our order when we asked for soft tacos instead of hard shell. We just ended up eating them... but it would be nice in the future if they could be a little more accurate. Read more
The food was good but unless you want the opposite of what you order don't go there. I went during happy hour ordered a medium... and ended up paying $2.69 instead of $1 as advertised. I also ordered a soft taco and got a hard taco. I also ordered twoburritos and only got one burrito. Called and spoke with the manager and she blamed it on new people and said most the time newpeople don't know about the happy hour. Well I guess you should start training your employees that want to make $15 an hour toactually do their job properly. Read more
Fast service & the cashier at the drive thru window, Shelby B. went above & beyond to make sure our food would stay warm until... we got home which is quite a distance from their store. Shelby was courteous, friendly & very helpful. The food was great, onlyto be surpassed by their service! Read more
Dining area, bathrooms, and kitchen all are dirty; and there are 3-4 employees working. 1 other customer in front of me at the... time and the drive through had no line when we walked in. They told me it would be a 5 minute wait. I had ask for our cups so wecould have something to drink.. then after waiting 20 minutes I asked for an update and the rather surprised gentleman reactedand looked at screen and walked into the kitchen without addressing the wait for me. It appears at this point he starts to makeour food and he finally brings it out to me after a total wait of 30 minutes from taking our order he hands me my food andapologized. This is Taco Bell. You know the food. You?ve seen the commercials so don?t come to the reviews looking for food stuff. This is a... crew of the hardest working folks you?re going to find for 50 miles. Courteous, clean, thoughtful? How is this Taco Bell? Shorthanded? Every thing was spotless, service was fast. Ordering experience was fine, but had some concerns with this particular location. Dude in the back (by the food) was hacking a... lung and the men's room didn't have any soap in the dispenser... and I watched employees come out of that restroom. Read more
I wouldn?t normally take the time to review a Taco Bell but this one was GREAT. Very kind and helpful staff, very clean kitchen... (this one has a very open plan, easy to see what everyone is doing). Everything we ordered was like it had been prepared for acommercial photo shoot, or for a visit from the regional manager. Even managed to make a bean burrito with extra red sauce thatdidn?t leak.
