We ordered wings for an appetizer, they never came, and the girl at the counter said it was not her problem, that we had to... paid for it even that we never got them, that the kitchen was having problems but we ordered them and we had to paid them eventhat we never got them. Service is absolutely terrible, the attitude at the register is confrontational. Word to advice to theowners of this Franchise, change your employees, we are visiting from New York, and the girl at the register was absolutelyrude. Everytime so far ive come to this particular restaurant, they have been really great hosts! Today was no different, if anything... I'm grateful. I came in rather late, exactly 3 minutes before they close and start cleaning up to go home and Being as late asit was I didn't have too much hope. Im an anxious lil' nugget so after asking the girl at the counter and she explained theywere close to closing I was gonna leave. But bless her heart she told me to hold on as she asks her manager if they can do atake out order. Long story short, I was able to buy dinner and im so very very grateful! Last order got 3topping pizza pepperoni,ham and pineapple less then 10 of pineapple and ham on it and worse yet was so dry from... lack of sauce couldn't even eat but two bites and order of hot wings made us I'll. Read more
Staff did not give the warmest welcome. Brought me wrong soft drink order...sweet tea instead of unsweetend. Waited 15 min, then... took drink to waitress myself, she was not friendly at all. Waited 35 minutes for cheese sticks. Asked about them & when theybrought them out, was told they lost them, found them in take out box & actually said they brought us same ones..ice cold!!Brought out pizza 5 minutes later. Hardly any marinara sauce on pizza, but know some like barely any sauce on their pizza. Theynever checked up on us...not even to ask if everything is ok. We asked to get discount on cheese sticks for their mistakes. Tookforever to get the bill, but they did take entire cheese stick order off the bill. Read more
I give one stars! Because I didn't get my food. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. When I arrived my order wasn't... there. Realizing that It was the wrong location. The other location was about 40 min away. The waitress said" we can call andcancel it here and put your order in here. But the we can't make that order for that price. Because it will total over theamount of the other store! Ok????? I ordered online!!! Wouldn't it be the same as any other pizza hut? I just left.. Read more
