This was our first time going to this A&W and it will be our last. Was at the drive thru for over 35mins and there was a single... vehicle on front of me and the customer service was horrible! The lady at the window forgot our drinks and asked what we wantedand I told her a Dr. Pepper no ice and a Diet Coke, she snapped at me to tell me they had Pepsi products, and after 3 timesstill couldn?t bring us a Dr. Pepper with no ice. Food took forever for one kid meal and 2 orders of cheese curds. We were the only people in there. None of the stuff was stocked... (asked for condiments and was quickly directed to the condiment area, where they were out of almost everything there & givenattitude when I asked again for what I needed, pointing at the empty condim bar and huffed off when I explained that it was notthere. She brought out a box to refill everything moments later) It's hot in there, flies all over. None of the tables werewiped down (tried about 5 different ones and had sticky spots or straw trash on the table or bench each time.. Place isn't clean and could care less about giving military or senior citizen discounts.
We stopped to grab a burger. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes before the 2 employees that was behind the counter could be... bothered to look up to see that there was a customer waiting. After we ordered we went to set and wait for our food and foundthe entire dining room had not been cleaned. All the tables were dirty and covered with old food or trash. Read more
It over 25 minutes to get food while other orders behind us had food within 5 minutes. Grilled shrimp is not grilled or even... resemble grilled shrimp. Staff isn't that friendly. Only reason for the one star is because of the frosted mug we got that maderoot beer taste great. Read more

An A&W Restaurant that has no root beer.... Seriously?? I can over look the paper in the floor, the unclean tables, the... greasy/slippery floors, the dirty bathroom, and being out of chicken, but no root beer? Based on previous reviews 20 minutes toget food and 10 minutes to get shakes seems like the normal time frame. The employee working the front counter was nice, butworking by herself for the most part. The owners should get mystery shoppers to prove that these reviews are not fake and dosomething about their business. My next email will be to the corporate office to see if this is the standard they accept. Read more
