Good food, for a fast food joint. They were clearly understaffed and the interior could use a steam cleaning.

I waited 45 minutes through the drive thru. About 10 minutes of that was in front of the ordering machine and they wouldn't... answer me or take my order while there was no other vehicles present, not even at the window. Then when I got my food it smelledsour and I got home and the order was even wrong. The chicken is also chewy which isn't normal. The last time I attempted to gohere I sat at the answering machine for twenty minutes and never got my order taken. Definitely won't be back anymore :( Hasgone so downhill over the last couple years. Waited 10min to order. Ordered our food and waited almost an hour to have the family of five, who came in after us, get their... food before my family of 4. Then an order of fish and shrimp was given to my husband BUT there was NO FISH! Then they tell usthe bacon burgers we ordered would have to be plain. The workers were cussing quite loudly with children sitting in their dinein area. The tables were disgusting! And my son was sick just from using the bathroom. We arrived 10 minutes before close due to ?temporary closing hours? and waited in line for 20 minutes. after we ordered we went... and sat down, waited 50 minutes while 2 families were served before us- a server called out a platter was done, but there was nofish on it? as we were waiting another 10 minutes, she called out ?anyone who ordered burgers is getting themplain? unsatisfactory experience, dirty tables, crew was cursing in front of children this place has seen better days Read more
Was not good service!! I waited 45 mins for food in the dining room while they worried about drive thru and getting there food... first! Our food was cold by the time we got it! When I left a bad response on there survey she did replace our food but when Iwent to go pick it up it took 45 mins yet again! So I contacted the general manager again! I pointed out some of the things thatmight be the issue cause of my restraunt experience and she never apologized for my second time being just as bad as thefirst!!! If someone I trying to point out what can be worked on and being nice about it maybe you should actually take the timeout to listen! Read more
