Came here on sat 6/11/22.. waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes cars weren't moving so I go inside there's 2... ladies working ... they both see don't say hello or anything... about 10 minutes go by finally one of them says you have toorder the food from the kiosk.. SMH ... so I do it .. now I'm waiting like 15 minutes and my food still isn't ready i onlyordered a number 2... .. as I'm looking at the lady whose prepping the food I notice she's touching bacon and everything in theback ... and not changing her gloves ewwww .. at this point I demand a refund and they she says she can't.... I walked outcalled Corp filed a complaint against this BK ... today I come back more calm I ask for the manager and it's the same lady whowas touching pork products (bacon).. and everything else .. I told her I called Corp and they advised me to come back and speakto the manager and get a refund this time she gives me my money back AND then she brings up the issue about the gloves I toldher that's soo disgusting.. and she advised me she never changes her gloves and in fact even asked the other employees if theychange there gloves and they said they don't EWWWWW YUCK!!!!@ I DONT EAT PORK AND FOR HER TO SAY THEY NEVER CHANGE THER3 GLOVESTHATS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING STOP EATING FROM THIS BK think my next call will be to the town health inspection place about thisBK Read more
This one woman in there can NOT for the life of her, give us our damn barbecue sauce. I don?t know if she?s addicted to it... herself or what, but she has forgotten or neglected it every single time I?ve ordered from this location. She is rude as all getout and does not need to work in the public sphere. I don?t expect high quality service from a Burger King, but I do expectcommon courtesy and not to have to deal with an attitude when I have to spend an extra 2 minutes walking into the restaurant toask for what I should have gotten in the first place. If I could leave zero stars I would. Slow service. Went the other day and there was absolutely no one working. I?ve cream... machine is always down. This place is truly the worse! Will never again go to this location! Read more
The employee taking my order at the drive thru told me that they do not allow separate orders. The wait time was ridiculous even... though nobody was in front of us. When I asked for a receipt so I could see who served me and report my experience to managementi was told he didn't have it because it didn't print. I do not recomend eating here. Read more
Was quickly reminded why I never go here..when I finally choose too, find out They only accept cash and stopped serving... breakfast at 10:30 a.m, it was exactly 10:30 a.m. and had to sit in the line for 10 min. So I would have had plenty of time.Once I finally get to place my order, I am told is was too late. GRRR. No. I do not want a hamburger that early, breakfast iswhat I wanted. The manager was the one that took our order and he was so rude..... I won't be back..... I suggest you drive a couple extra... miles to a different Burger King. At least until they get their staff together. My only word of advice to the owner of thisBurger King, is that when you finally do break down and get better management, you should definitely put that on the sign. Went in for lunch . Went to wash my hands looked in the facility and this is what I found told the staff they just looked at me... and said ok. Waited 10 min in lobby to see if staff would go clean up the mess left by someone that was inept of doing ittheirselves apparently and lo and behold did not see any staff members go in there .
