I just moved back from ATL and there are not Bojangles on every corner like here. Food is always good. The staff needs an... attitude adjustment. If you want to get paid to do nothing, collect unemployment and see how far that gets you. The lady thattook my order twice now has been visibly upset and not rude but not friendly. I heard workers in the back threatening to walkout or not show up. So to corporate Bojangles, if you actually read this, take care of your employees. Ordered a Supreme meal with Honey Mustard, it was rang up as "no sauce" erroneously by the person working inside, so they tried... to charge me for sauce ???? They wouldn't give it to me until I told them to just give me a refund. That on top of making uptheir own hours seals the deal on this place. Visiting from out of town and HAD to stop and grab a sweet potato pie.....I could tell they didn't really want to make any pies,... buuuut when I told the young lady that I was from out of town, she was SUUUPER nice!!! I did have to wait for them to make mypie, BUT the young lady threw in an extra pie. (I'm thinking it was because they were a little jacked up ????). But, she wasSUPER nice. I can't even say the cashier's name I had an issue with because I wasn't given a receipt. But I've gotten better service from... school lunch when I was in school. This location runs as good as a car missing 3 tires. Read more
Pulled up, ordered barely waiting (then again it was a Sunday). Woman at the window could have been more polite but overall it... was awesome to get fresh hot chicken and biscuits and sides. OMG!! Read more
Cold food and when I looked through the drive-thru window they had a large pile of fries already cooked just sitting in the open... beside the fryer with a basket full of cooked fries out of the grease waiting to be served. This explains the cold food. Read more
Quality of food has not improved. Cold and biscuits like bricks. Order still incorrect. To top that off at the pick up window... told cash only. Wow! This place needs better management. They don't even say thank you at the window. Better off to shut thisplace down. Read more
I've been coming to this bojangles for years. It has continuously gone further and further down hill. Wait times are beginning... to average 45 minutes for a single Cajun filet biscuit. They're so understaffed they can't even function. They need to justclose this location because there's always some kind of issues going on, they're always out of some of the most basic menuitems, and most of the time the dining room in closed but you can't tell until you're trapped in the parking lot because thedrive thru line is wrapped around the building and might move once every 10-20 minutes. Dont waste your breath just takeyourself to the east Franklin bojangles and save yourself a lot of time. Read more
