I have decided not to any longer do business with this company. Store scheduled to close at 10 did an online order to pick up... curbside I got there at 8PM they were inside cleaning doors locked and I checked in letting them know I was there nobody evereven came out so went up to the door to be told they had no food come on now. When I asked for a refund I was refused a refundbecause it was placed online. Why should that matter my money paid for the food at this location so they should be able torefund me as they got paid for it. This store is continuously closing way before closing time and obviously because they don'twant to work. No apologies from anyone or anything. It asks for the phone number when you place the order so they couldnt evencall? I don't know why anyone eats at Bojangles. They have the blandest chicken of all the chicken chain food restaurants. The only... reason I ate there is that it was the only place in the area to eat, and I was on a hurry. Can you believe they didn't have anydark meat chicken during the lunch rush? Unbelievable! Uber delivery was awesome. I'm from the Midwest and had never eaten at Bojangles before, but a lot YouTubers love it. It was awesome. The fries were great,... I love the seasoning. I wasn't expecting a little bit spicyness on the sandwich, but there it was. It was fried up well andmoist. It was great. This restaurant was clean and the staff was great. Bojangles rules. Read more
If i could leave negative stars i would! Girl with the long green/blue hair at drive through was rude to us. They had no chicken... ready we were told a 5 minute wait and we waited 20 before going inside to check. When we did go inside another guy that waswaiting outside came in too after waiting 10 minutes for fries. Our food was done and sitting there. The sanitation washorrible, everything was dirty. Everybody looks like they didn?t want to be there, very ridiculous how we were treated after wehad already paid and we were nice and understanding but this RIDICULOUS. Who ever is in charge should be ashamed of this becauseyour workers are TERRIBLE. Worst fast food/ drive through we have ever been in before! Our food was cold and tasked old.
