What I had saw on bk web page was two whoppers two chicken sandwich and two chicken nuggets all for $22.00 but when I went to... buy it i was told it was if i had a coupon but the webpage didn't say you needed a coupon and without the coupon i paid 43dollars for not was shown. Soooooo sad...u wait for someone to response to take your order they leave u there waiting for 10-15mins???? then I place my... order and you gotta wait 10more mins???? then u get your food so you pull off ..then you look in the bag..and what do uexpect..all your food to be there... NOOOOOOOOOO it not ..Soo now I gotta turn around and you can't get out and go in cause theyhave the door locked ...oooh yea it 6:45p.m.???? so now you gotta get back in this line just to pull up to drive thurwindow....15 more minutes goes by... You finally make it back you tell them you missing food they ask can we see the bag andyour receipt ????????????????really... many cockroaches around and inside the restaurant is disgusting, they need to take pest control
After asking for napkins and a spoon and ketchup they still left it out of the bag. No wonder they practically have no cars in... the drive thru.. Burger King should pull this stores franchise. The employees are totally inept. Read more
I hated the experience for uber customer, these employees are the most hateful, I ever encountered, they even ask if i was in... the drive, SMH????, well they do have cameras, and so do I , they closed the lobby at 5pm during rush hour for dinner, ??? Smh ,they don't know they difference between a spicy chicken and grilled chicken, just another waste of time and fuel, gas is almost$5 dollars a gallon, all got to say people need to change their attitude, the Government is not going to bail you out, ,sadpart we live in the age of entitlement, people don't want to work for what they want. But the very people that pay good moneyfor a order get nothing, this will make the delivery business go away, people will start going out , and make sure they getwhat they want , instead of depending on people who don't care. Order taker at drive thru was trying to hurry me up. Pulled to the window and barely acknowledged me and was on her cell phone... the entire time. Didn?t offer any condiments. Asked for only mustard on my burger and got a tiny glob. Read more
Went through drive through with the intent of trying the new Impossible Whopper and ordered fries to go with it. No problems... getting the food. It was ready when I got to the window and the woman serving me was pleasant and efficient. Burger wrapped inpaper--no styrofoam and points for that. Fries were adequate in taste and serving size. The impossible whopper was okay--notas good as TGIFriday's vegetable burger, but okay and tasty. Lettuce was lacking and the burger itself was thin and a lttlechewy. Does not look like the promotional pictures. But kudos to Burger King for offering plant-based diet folks something inthe fast food line. I would probably eat it again. Read more
Ordered a Big Fish no bread, add lettuce, tomato, onions & heavy tartar. Fish came cold & brick hard tartar & lettuce in one... container, tomato & onion in another & of course wasn't til arrived home to see true condition of the fish....no longer cookedon order I guess???? Read more
