Ok so the server was great. Food was delicious ???? mom and I ordered the hamburgers ???? with fries ????. Out standing . But... the one star is for how disgusting the bathroom in the ladies room was. Also the restaurant,floors,windows,booths and walls weredirty. This is not healthy nor should it be allowed when we are still trying to get over this covid-19 still sneaking around. Weare trying to better ourselves and make our families feel safe no matter what. But for Chilli's to be operating this way has nowords but Health Department. Chilli's needs to start going to all their Restaurants and start doing their job!! Also pleasehave your servers not sweep while customers are trying to eat. Read more
Service was very good, easy to pay with the on table display, food was good. The server took our orders on an ipad which was... cool, no running for the POS! Can you tell I work in a restaurant? Lol Read more
Went in towards closing. Our waitress Aspen was amazing she was the only waitress and you could tell she was tired from running... what probably was all night. She was extremely apologetic for the delay of our food coming out, which really didn't seem like adelay at all , because she was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our food was great when it was received. Thisyoung women needs a raise and we hope you guys appreciate what an awesome server she is. Thank you Aspen. Read more
We ordered Chili?s for dinner today! They had a child making drinks and serving Togo ( illegal) We order a molten cake didn?t... get ice cream or toppings! We ordered two soups didn?t get one and the one we did get was a 1/4 of a cup without toppings!! Hadto call the store twice before someone would answer! Talked to a manager named Alan who really didn?t do anything to make thingsright but blame the Togo girl and promise to email me gifts cards! I worked there for 12 years and was a manager for 2 years butthat was over 15 years ago and this would have never been okay!!! Our server April was very sweet, the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious! Our 5 year old said "This chicken is better than... McDonalds!" So it's a hit for the little ones and our children have allergies and there were items safe for them to eat! Read more
Great food and great service! Had to use the restroom while we were there , so I walked threw the restaurant. The closer I got... to the kitchen area, (staff entrance to kitchen) and restrooms, it seems like the more unclean it looked. Water was all in thekitchen floor and napkins and straw papers were all in the dining room floor. The bathroom was half way clean, but could'vestill been mopped and tidy up a little. Over all the food was great tho and we WILL be going back!!! Read more
First time here to this particular location this is an older restaurant the floor was very dirty and dingy. Unfortunately we... were sat next to a table with a screaming crying kid which is understandable and out of the control of the restaurant but ourfood was subpar I definitely would never return here or recommend this place very disappointed.
